It's disconcerting that they don't send any actual order confirmation. Also, considering how luxurious the items are, their packaging was very basic. However, the quality was fine as was the price, although I've only bought their reduced items. The site itself is easy to navigate.

Utterly ridiculous
Utterly ridiculous. Ordered a sale pair of fingerless gloves. Selected One of a Kind rather than Lucky Dip or a specific colour. Every image associated with the 'one of a kind' option had a pattern (stars, stripes etc), the option selector dot also showed multicolour and this is what I wanted. The one of a kind description even made reference to patterns may vary. Anyway, I got sent a plain burgundy pair. I was told in email that 'one of a kind' means the item is unique and has nothing whatsoever to do with the pattern and it was, essentially, my problem and there was nothing they could do (other than give feedback to someone and yes the wording could maybe be construed that way). My suggestion - don't advertise this product with entirely patterned products. It is mis-selling. The item is being returned but I am still owed my original postage under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as you have misrepresented your product. This is such a small issue and you are clearly at fault with unclear marketing. However, the lack of willingness to own it speaks volumes about your customer service. Disappointed.

Very poor quality
Very poor quality. Nowhere near the beautifully made gloves I have had in previous years. I returned the order.
Very disappointing and I will not order anymore or recommend.
