Order has not been fulfilled, with the company completely uncontactable. Now hoping the bank can get my money back.

I have paid almost $1000AU for a phone promising delivery in 2-4 days. It is now 20 days & the tracking is stuck on "Dispatched". I have emailed to support once, got no response, followed that up & got an "address not connected" bounce back. I have tried calling the number in their contacts & got a "number not in service" message. I have tried twice using their live chat & simply get no response.

I chose to us an Australian service rather than purchase OS as i needed this phone ASAP but I am almost 100% certain that this is just a dropshipping site - if that (I still have not received my phone OR any response to my enquiries so it could very well just be a scam)

100% do not recommend. I am steps away from having my bank reverse the transaction & reporting this site to trade protection.

I bought the Oppo X9 Pro on the 13th Feb, still not receive it, not even receive any updates. They dont answer the mail, phone does not exist.

They even deleted the mail account for support which made it even more suspicious.

Please don't buy here

Don't do it, listen to everyone calling it a scam company. It IS a scam company.

Phone numbers listed on their contact page are disconnected, no one replies to email communications, even their website chatbot doesn't reply.

Been waiting 2 weeks for a phone and I'm out of pocket $1500.

This business has zero customer service. That won't bother most people but...be warned. I ordered my phone and it arrived only a day or two outside of the promised window. That part of the transaction was pretty good. I then requested a tax invoice, which I was promised at the same time that I was urged to fill out a TrustPilot review (which I did). No invoice was received and all but one of my five subsequent attempts to contact the company have been ignored (and the one that wasn't resulted in a second promise to provide the invoice, which also hasn't been honoured). It is looking increasingly likely that I will need to escalate my request to the ATO (I require the invoice for tax purposes and its provision is, in any event, compulsory). That part has not been so good.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, I ordered a f8 ultra, these guys haven’t even given me a tracking id, lucky I went though pay pal, all there communications don’t exist and yes the have an Australian abn etc but there are not here they are located in hk I have reached out to PayPal I’ve ordered from sites overseas, and never had a problem, usually 24hrs you have tracking. I’ve flagged it with paypal after reading these reviews I’m not happy either. Asking for a refund it’s not going to be delivered in the time span even tho I paid for express shipping this was edited my me 3 weeks and nothing no communication with them PayPal has given me a full refund and I have the proof to back up my claim

There is absolutely no communication with the client. Online chat is completely useless and no one answers emails.

This was a very disappointing experience. I waited over a month for my order with no updates. When I contacted the company, they told me they don’t ship to PO boxes, yet no one had bothered to contact me to request another address. After I gave them a valid address, they still failed to ship for two more weeks. My order was only sent after I opened a refund request with PayPal. I’m thankful I paid through PayPal, or I doubt I would have received anything at all.

Zero response to any questions regarding shipping updates. Website indicated 2 or 3 day shipping, but that didn't occur for 2 weeks and I only knew by checking the shipping updates despite multiple attempts to speak to someone. Once the item shipped though I received automatic updates at regular intervals. Until the item shipped I felt I had been done and money gone, due to the zero ability to get a response from them. Item arrived as described and in perfect condition, currently using it and no issues.

Got the phone quickly no dramas

Please before you buy from this store check For warranty period. Normally it's two years but this store offers only one year . I enquired before I buy and found out

Order the Vivo x300 on the 1st of December with an estimated delivery date of the 5-7 of December. Since placing the order, I've received no update on shipping, and my repeated attempts to contact them for an update or refund have not been responded to.

Mobile unit takes so long to deliver (normally 4-6 day on the replied receipt upin checkout). Sent and contact Spectronic to find out!
Spoke to guy name Danny and he said out of stock and next delivery takes another week. Ok and because late delivery he will give me a free mobile case, but when i received the unit NO Case included!
Secondly, ask for official invoice receipt so many times but until now i have not receive!
Calling ABN to look this store company, before they victimize mire people.

Brand New product as they guaranteed. The delivery will take few more days than expected. I took 2.5 weeks to receive my mobile. If you confirm to order goods from them, you don't need to contact them regarding the status of delivery as you will not get responses. But the order is kept up to date once it is ready to go including shipping details and estimated delivery date via website. From my experience, Just take time to let it fly a little while, then you will have what you ordered.

Don't bother with them. They don't respond to anything. They stole my money and left it at that. Luckily my bank paid us back. I reported to cyber.gov.au
I advise you do the same, the more reports on them then police will do something about it.

Spectronics are scammers. Taking your money and disappearing.

No warranty support at all - what a complete waste of time and money. No help, no response and no responsibility taken for the mobiles they are selling.
