Fast shipping, good quality of product

This was my first order with mi4canada, and I had a great overall experience. I ordered the Xiaomi 15T Pro (Mocha Gold), and the phone arrived on the 7th day from order date, was brand new and sealed, and matched the global version specs exactly. Everything worked perfectly out of the box, including Google services and network in Canada. It even came with the original charger, which was a nice bonus!!

The only area for improvement is communication. While the chat was responsive during product inquiries, I did not receive a prompt response when I reached out via email and chat for an order update, and the status remained on “Processing” for a couple of days without updates. More proactive communication would make the experience even better.

Once the order was shipped, I received timely updates from the delivery partner after signing up for notifications, which made tracking the package easy.

Getting my Oppo foldable through Mi4Canada was a smooth experience. I would gladly recommend them.

I purchased a Xiaomi 17 Pro Max for nearly $1600, believing I was buying from a seller based in Canada. To my surprise, the phone actually came from China and was delivered via DHL, where I was asked to pay unexpected customs fees.

They asked if Google Play Store could be installed, but never explained that without their intervention, the phone is basically unusable. Even though the website mentions “Chinese Version,” it does not warn that non-Chinese apps will crash the phone.

The phone constantly freezes, overheats, and even shuts off at 40% battery. I cannot use this $1600 phone at all it’s still sitting in its box while I wait for instructions to return it.

I have sent hundreds of emails asking for a solution, but no one responds properly. They keep saying my case has been escalated, but nobody actually contacts me or provides a real solution. It’s clear they are ignoring customers because they’ve already collected the money.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The seller is not based in Canada, the product is defective and nearly unusable, and there is no real customer support. Do not buy from this seller. Why should I order a phone to a seller who does not have a current location. No transparency you guys are scammer I will make sure I dispute this

would like to address your response regarding my review. The issue is no longer about the “Chinese version” of the phone I understand that limitation. My concern is that the phone is completely unusable.

Installing Google Play Store or any non-Chinese apps causes the phone to freeze, automatically uninstall apps, and shut down unexpectedly. This makes the device non-functional outside of China. Selling a phone that cannot be used outside of China without clearly stating this is misleading.

Regarding the refund and restocking fee, I have sent hundreds of emails asking for a clear process, and I have not received a proper explanation. I am not agreeing to any restocking fee under these circumstances.

While I acknowledge that you refunded the $60 customs fee, the phone was shipped from China despite being presented as a Canadian-based seller. This lack of transparency and the unusable nature of the phone are the real problems here.

You are able to answer review but not able to reply my multiple email sent to you guys . Very terrible customer service. Even if the phone Is chinese version I can’t use or I have the right to request a refund what are you guys doing of that

I am requesting a fair resolution based on the facts above.

Bloody hell the worst service I've ever seen I ordered it after it says it would be between 2 to 5 day shipping. 3 days it took them to process the order. The next day they wrote looking for inventory then the following day they packed it saying shipped on the 5th. We are the 10th with no response no shipping details.
Edit the fault wasn't with them. It was with dhl

I got a Xiaomi 15 Ultra at a great price. I tried to contact them through email and through customer service on their website but was unsuccessful. However, I did receive my phone in 8 days after placing my order (shipped from China). The phone was in perfect condition and came included with a 90 W charger and appropriate adapter to plug it into Canadian electrical sockets. In summary, I got the phone for $200 cheaper than I would have from competitors and it came in exactly as advertised. I will likely purchase from them in the future.

Easy process to get my new phone. Shipping took slightly longer as I ordered on christmas day and they ran out of stock.

Quick delivery and good products.

The shipment was fast. The product is real. Especially I had a bad experience with another website which was a scam. This is a very good company. I would order anything from here.

100 stars from me!! I went to Canada for holiday. Came across the Mi4 Canada website. I ordered a phone that is not easily available in my home country. Place the order online, but courier doesn't deliver to the hotel. The team went above and beyond to help get the phone. They Personally deliver it to me. The phone was sealed at a great price. Highly recommended 🙌🙌

If I could give them no stars I would. The phone I ordered was in stock on their website but actually sold out. I was offered to wait or be refunded, and since they still had the phone showing in stock I lost all trust and asked for a refund. I was sent an email showing I had been refunded on the First of January. Then I was told the refund was sent on January 18th. Customer service takes days to respond. It has been 20 days and STILL no refund, and I need that money back because I obviously still need a phone. Liars, scammers, terrible experience.
