Placed an order in January, and my order has not been processed. I kept following up on my order every week, and they said the phone was in the warehouse. However, I eventually demanded a refund as they were not processing my order. They ghosted my messages.
Do not make any transactions on this website, no matter how many discounts from other sites. Their customer service is terrible. If you want to purchase an overseas phone, go to Wondamobile, much better.
Avoid purchasing from Spectronic CA
Avoid purchasing anything from this website. I placed an order for a phone on Feb. 16th, and almost a month later still have not received my phone. Upon contacting their customer support about the shipping times, I got a response 45 minutes later claiming that they are waiting for a new shipment of phones since the one I order was apparently “out of stock” even though when I purchased it, it was supposedly “in stock.” They told me that they were getting a new shipment of phones to their warehouse in a few days and that my phone would be shipped immediately afterwards. It has been over a week since then, and I still have not received my phone or any updates about this whole situation. I’m currently trying to contact them to cancel my order and get my money back, but have received no response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

They have not shipped my "in stock" product when they said they would. I can't get a response from their live chat window. I phoned the number on their contact page and discovered it is "not assigned". It doesn't seem possible to contact this company. Other recent reviewers had the same experience and never received their order. They also could not reach the business either by phone, chat window, or email. I have disputed the CC charge with my bank. I wish Trustpilot had displayed these more recent reviews before I ordered. I only saw the older reviews that seemed okay.
Sony Xperia 10 VII
It is almost impossble to find Sony phones in Canada anymore, so I was stoked to find this here. Price was fair. Shipping took 4 days to Toronto via DHL. Phone is brand new, global model, works fine with my Rogers SIM. Will buy here again.

Not able to login to the account I created. Starting to feel like I have been scammed out of more than $1700 dollars.
Avoid at any and all costs
This company delivered a product that was significantly not as described, and luckily I got my money back via PayPal dispute (never even think about using e transfer). This scummy company then proceeded to abuse the PayPal recurring billing feature to charge me back for the amount they lost in the PayPal dispute that was settled in my favour with all the required evidence. Absolutely avoid doing any kind of business with this company ever.
Re: the reply below — I returned the device exactly as PayPal instructed, to the letter.
It was shipped back to you with full tracking, signature required, and guaranteed delivery. You refused the return attempt. Under PayPal’s buyer protection rules, refusing a legitimate return makes the case an automatic seller fault. After that point, I had no further obligations — PayPal closed the dispute correctly because you declined to accept the item you asked for.
All communication and instructions must occur inside PayPal’s dispute system. Sellers cannot pressure customers into handling returns privately or through email. I followed every rule exactly.
What you did afterward — using a pre-approved billing agreement to charge me again months later — is not only improper, it directly violates PayPal’s terms and payment-network rules. You cannot rebill a customer for a dispute you lost, and you cannot use a billing token to bypass the final decision.
Your public reply here unfortunately demonstrates the real issue:
– no accountability for refusing the return
– misrepresentation of the timeline
– misuse of PayPal billing tools
– and hostility once the platform ruled against you
You’ve now documented your own misconduct in a public forum. I don’t need to say much more — your response speaks for itself. Future customers can read it and decide whether they want to take that risk.
And regarding the unauthorized retaliation charge you attempted afterward: good luck winning that charge back against Amex
Update: And now they've threatened to report me to the Better Business Bureau (which is meant for consumers to report merchants, not the other way around) and law enforcement for them committing what is essentially straight up credit card fraud. Just a laughable attempt to bully me into canceling my chargeback because they know they're never winning this case. If you've read all this and you still decide to give them your business, don't say you weren't warned.

It was a total nightmare experience for me, I ordered a phone, no email from them for 2 weeks, nothing at all, Their phone number was not going through ' saying number not assigned ' I had to tell my bank to cancel the transaction, they quickly send my phone and come to harrass me through emails that why did I dispute the payment. Ah, they said they sent the device already. When I have already purchased from another seller . I even thougt the one I got was from the new seller was suprise how quick it came , unfortunately it turns out they are the one that sent it. Well am returning their phone, I don't want to have anything to do with such a dubious site. The phone is even $100 more than the other one I later purchase. Shame on your guys.

Ordered a device online that was listed as "in stock 3-5 days for delivery" weeks ago, paid for it and have since been ghosted to emails, phone and online forms for an update. Website has said "on order" for weeks.

Order missing track and no response
The order is missing, and no one answers.
I ordered my phone(ROG Phone 9) on 09/30 on their website and waited for 4 days. My tracking status still says 'Ordered'.
On 10/03, I inquired about my order, but they kept stating, "It takes 2-3 working days to process orders." On their side, they have my order on 10/01, which means tomorrow will finish processing my order, so I will wait for another day.
On 10/04, I asked them again, but no one responded to my question.
On 10/05, they finally answered my response and said, "We are processing your order please expect tracking information to be sent by tomorrow." and I waited for the next day.
On 10/06, I asked them again, but now they just ended my chat without any response.
On 10/11, over 10 days, I asked them again, but no one responded to me.
On 10/14, I asked them again, and they answered me again, and I asked them about my order, then they answered "Apologies, there has been a slight delay. Will update you as soon as possible by today." However, after midnight the status stile stay at "These items have not yet shipped."
I have no idea what the "Track Your Order" is used for. Is it only used to track packages in Canada, or what? They already took my money.
For anyone who wants to buy their produce, please be cautious, as they may not respond or even return your money.

Ordered a phone from them August 24th based on the stated "in stock" availability with expected delivery August 29th.
It's now October 3rd with no change in status from "Order Placed" on their order tracking link.
Zero response to numerous requests for an order update via email, phone and chat links they provide.
If it's late, it's not the end of the world, but really...no response to any of my requests for updates just leads me to conclude that I've fallen for a scam site.
Highly suggest you DO NOT place any orders with them and if you do, DO NOT make the same mistake I did by paying via Direct Deposit for their token discount. Use your credit card so you can cancel the transaction and get your money back.
As it is currently stands I'm probably headed for legal action to recoup my money for an order they haven't delivered.

I ordered the Honor Magic V5 from Spectronic Canada, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The shipping was lightning fast, and the device arrived in perfect condition. It's clear that Spectronic only deals in genuine products, as the Honor Magic V5 is fantastic! Additionally, their customer service is top-notch; they were ready to assist with anything I needed. I placed an order on August 27. Spectronic's website promised shipment by DHL within 48 hours.
After four days with no updates, I contacted customer service. They assured me the order was "ready and just waiting for DHL to pick it up." The very next day, their story completely changed: the company confessed they did not, in fact, have the phone in stock. This was a blatant lie.
I immediately requested a cancellation and a refund. On September 2, I was promised the refund would be processed that same day. Today, more than two weeks later, I have still not received it.
Despite multiple attempts to contact them by phone, email, Facebook, and WhatsApp, the company has completely stopped responding. They have promised a refund three or four times, but these were all just more lies.
This experience has been completely unacceptable. Spectronic lies about product availability, shows a total lack of respect for its customers, and fails to honor its commitments.
Avoid this company if you want to avoid losing your time and money.

This is a legitimate company based on my experience. I ordered an Xiaomi 15 and received it in 6 days via DHL from China.
A bit misleading since their website (including on the listing i ordered) mentions "All Canada shipping" but at least I didn't have to pay any import fees or duties.
Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the case and it's understandable since the majority of the devices they sell are from Chinese companies but they should mention it instead of mentioning "All Canada Shipping" and misleading people. The shipping was fast either way but it would be nice if they where more honest.
Anyways, the product received was in new and sealed condition. However the charging adapter it came with was for the UK. They did include a travel adapter separately in the parcel but it's rather low quality and makes the charger just very bulky overall.
Also, there is a coupon code on their website for $20 off if you are a new customer but it never worked for me and said that it was expired.
I contacted them regarding everything mentioned on WhatsApp along with writing them an email and I've yet to hear back over a week later. They do not answer the phone either so while i was lucky and did get what i ordered and so far have no issues with it if i encounter any issues with my device In the future I'm out of luck as far as trying to resolve it with them goes.
Due to this, i cannot possibly recommend this site. $1,200 is a lot of money to drop on a phone just for the customer service experience to be like this. Especially since they promise 24/7 customer service.

CAUTION ordering from Spectronic.ca SCAM
I placed an order with Spectronic on September 5th, and as of today (five days later) I still haven’t received any confirmation or update. Their website states confirmation should arrive within 24–48 hours, but instead they took almost $2,000 and then ghosted me.
They don’t answer the phone, and they don’t respond to emails or messages. At this point, I just want a refund.
I’ll keep this review updated if I hear back from them or eventually receive my phone, but so far the experience has been extremely disappointing.

I have tried contacting the seller multiple times through their website chat, WhatsApp, and email. Unfortunately, they have not responded to my messages, have not shipped my order, and have not provided any updates.
This is extremely frustrating, especially given the high value of the phone I purchased. A company that advertises 48-hour dispatch should not leave customers waiting this long without communication.
I urge Spectronic Canada to take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately. I also request Trustpilot and relevant consumer protection authorities to monitor this seller more closely.
