The brand new Galaxy Tab S 10 plus was a great purchase. The price was very competitive and delivery super fast. The query about missing case was quickly dealt with, and the refund transferred to my account the next day.
I can highly recommend BecexTech company as a trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.
Without the doubt, I will become returning customer.

Haven't had time to use the phone much yet, waiting for a flip case to arrive to protect it. It looks beautiful.
Delivery was faster (a whole day earlier) than expected.

The Lack of communications in the days following order payment caused concern but my email inquiry received a prompt response and Emily provided daily status updates which was very reassuring. Camera arrived smartly and was perfectly packed.

I sent 4 emails asking for confirmation of order, detail on postage or in the end any detail regarding this order. I got ZERO response to any email. The watch arrived unannounced and when powered up was default language chinese. Thank God for google translate camera function. I'll never deal with this mob again

Shipped late and shipped wrong colour of phone. Due to delay, did not raise a return as could not wait any longer.

Great phone works great but totally not the colour we ordered. Will keep it as it works great however ordered Navy and got Shell Pink. Not great for a guy! How about a free cover to hide it?

They move their prices as they wish - clearly as you revisit the site the price goes up.
When you do place an order they take your money then delay sending your item claiming "fraud protection" when your bank hasnt seen any issue with the payment. Yet to see if they will send my phone (10days and counting) but so far the service is crap.

I recently ordered a phone from BecexTech and overall my experience was good. The ordering process was simple and I received regular updates. The product arrived in good condition and matched the description. Delivery took a bit of time, but everything worked fine in the end. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Ordered 5 days ago and paid and extra $15 for express shipping. My order has still not been sent after 3 emails to the Becextech Order #NZ1030436

Im fairly sure i paid for fast post. I need it to be here by Wednesday the 15th of April. Australia is at worse 4 hours by plane. I bought on the 7th. It's now the 12th. Where in that is Fast

I paid extra for express delivery and it still took nine days for my purchase to arrive. The screen protector that I had already paid for was not provided and then they said they would post it via regular mail, taking another 2 weeks!
There is no customer phone service, and you can only correspond with the company by email.
Won’t be buying from them again.

Efficient and prompt service

Delivery too slow. I paid for express delivery ($15) and still more than a week since purchasing. ETA 7th of April, already day late and no update whatsoever

The deceptive and misleading practices of this company are documented by the NZ commerce commission in 2020 and they are still as dodgy as back then.

They advertise prices that undercut competitors but then state there was a mistake and ask for further payment. The additional payment requested exceeded the price prior to markdown, further suggesting deceptive behaviour... Clearly they haven't learnt from the past warnings by the nz commerce commission!

I will not be using them again and suggest you avoid them too.

I ordered a Pixel 9 Pro from them.

NOWHERE on the site did it mention anything about it being refurbished, or not new.

I received my package today. It was poorly packaged, in a non-original box. It was just the phone, and what seemed to be a non-original cable just dumped in the box with the phone.

They're just grey market scammers.

DO NOT do business with this company.

Took my money for an express posted phone. Only once it had not left their warehouse after 2 full days (advertised postal timeframe) did they admit to not knowing when it would post.

It posted on day 8 and I received the "express order" 11 days after ordering.

Outright refused my refund request when they couldn't tell me when they would ship. It hadn't even been posted at that time but apparently, they "could not cancel".

Worse still, are now advising they are applying a 10% "restocking fee" to my "Peace of Mind" return. No such fees are advertised on their website policy page.

Reported to ACCC. Total scam operation.

Customer Service was great and it came fast in a very good condition.

Beautiful phone, exactly as described. Works perfectly and was delivered in perfect condition. I’m very happy with my purchase.

DO NOT buy from this company! They will ignore your messages if you have an issue with your product while it is still under warranty and when you message them again when the 1 warranty has expired, they will use that as an excuse to avoid fixing your phone! Unprofessional and unethical liars!
