Samsung flip 6
Shipping was very slow but this was more Canada posts crap service. I ordered a used Samsung flip 6 at a great price. My daughter was very happy with it. Phone was in excellent condition.

It's a scam
I went to sell a phone for the price they said they will pay if the phone is like new, but after an hour of driving in heavy traffic when I arrived there they said it's scratched. Because of a small little non remarkable point on the screen, the guy there dropped the price by 42$.
It's a scam they will always find something to drop the price.

Hi there,
I'm sorry you felt frustrated by the price adjustment after driving over.
When you handed us the phone, our team member gave you an initial “Like New” quote with the screen protector still on, after a quick visual check. He clearly explained that he would need to remove the protector to properly inspect the actual screen, and that any scratches found underneath would change the grading to “Good” condition (which lowers the offer by $42).
After removing the protector, there was a visible nick right in the middle of the screen. Because of its location, the phone can no longer be resold as “Like New,” so the final offer reflected the accurate “Good” condition grading.
We never try to scam or surprise customers with lower prices — we base every offer on what the device can realistically be resold as after full inspection. That’s why we always remove screen protectors and cases during evaluation.
I understand it’s disappointing when the final offer is lower than expected, especially after driving in traffic. In the future, we recommend removing the screen protector yourself before coming in so you can see the screen clearly and we can give you the most accurate quote right away.

I got an iPhone 13 Pro Max refurbished excellent through Best Buy and while I was skeptical about getting it, I wouldn’t lie, I’m actually impressed and glad that I received the phone. Phone works well but I just wish battery health was at a 90%. It’s at an 85%

We're sorry to hear about the issue with notifications and tracking.
That said, I see that your order was placed with us, but through the Best Buy Marketplace, not directly on our website. That means all emails, confirmations, and tracking updates are handled and sent by Best Buy.
Best Buy normally sends email confirmations automatically for every order, so the messages might be in your junk/spam folder, or there could have been a typo in the email address entered during checkout.
Please contact Best Buy customer service directly—they can check your order status, provide tracking, and help with any notification issues.
