I just wanted to say a massive thank you for providing me with the most delicious and nutrient-dense easy meals since 2018! Every week I get super excited for your delivery, It is a highlight of my Monday. ❤️

The portions are a good size and the food itself is so flavoursome and delicious 😋 The delivery has been seemless so far, arriving on the right day and in a special cold pack to keep it fresh. Haven't had any wrong orders yet and while I'm continuing to try new meals, I've yet to find one I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. This is the perfect way for busy or lazy vegans like me to try new foods and get a healthy balanced diet. 100% recommend.

I tried Soulara meals, and I didn't enjoy them, so I decided to cancel my subscription. Food boxes kept being delivered to me, I emailed Soulara 3 times to get confirmation on the cancellation of my subscription and to stop $$ deductions from my account. Its been 3 days and I still have not heard from Soulara. Really poor service and poor communication, disappointing! I would never order from Soulara again based on their poor service

Soulara meals are delicious. The serving sizes are just right. I've enjoyed all of them so far. The menu has a great range of nutritious healthy options with lots of vegetables. I love that nutrition information and ingredients are all transparent and easy to access.

Delivery was on time. Since I only ordered 7 meals but the box is quite large, they fell over and food ended up at one end of the containers.

I also wish they had a take back and reuse system for cardboard boxes, icepack and insulation. They could also use more eco friendly insulation (currently foil plastic bubble wrap) in the box and considered reusable food containers, such as the returnr program.

Meals were okay, a lot of them were bland and I had to add garlic powder etc. A couple of them were nice. Portions were small. The main reason that I give one star is because I received the mushroom bourguignon which had fertilizer/dirt in it, a huge lump of it at the bottom of the meal and small dots through it. I had a couple of bites and felt like it tasted like feces and then found that at the bottom. I contacted them and they offered around a $10 discount in my next order and I said I'm never ordering again. They were trying to force me to buy more in order to get tiny compensation for that being in my food. I then felt sick and had a stomach ache for 3 days. Hopefully they wash the mushrooms better now, but I wouldn't risk it again and many of the meals weren't great.

The ordering process is really simple and streamlined. The food options and package options are varied and therefore easy to find options to suit your particular needs. The amount of nutritional information provided and the filter functions are excellent - I haven't found another service that offers the level of filtering that Soulara does. The quality of the food is excellent, as is the taste. We haven't had a bad meal yet. Love that every option is vegan. Packaging and delivery are great, although it would be great to find a more sustainable packaging option. I was worried when I read some of the reviews, but have not experienced a single problem with either Soulara, the food or the delivery.

The meals taste good, I love the variety of meals available each week, and their customer service gets back to me promptly! I've already made several orders with Soulara and can see myself using them for the near future.

Soulara has taught me so much about vegetarian meals and options. Sometimes I struggled with new dishes as we move away from meat to more plant based meals. I really love the flavours of the meals and have also tried some of the extras and juices. Very happy!

The meals I received were fresh, well presented and delicious.
I am impressed with use of spices and fresh tastes

My partner and I are loving Soulara for the connivence of midweek meals. We want highly nutritious meals that are also satisfying and Soulara always delivers!
I'm in my second trimester so it's important that I get all the nutrients I need especially iron and Soulara meals are full of all the good stuff I need right now.
The menu changes frequently also so we never get bored. I'm really enjoying the coconut water and kombucha too...so tasty!

Consistently short dated meals that expire in a matter of only a few days. My last order was 9 days late, kept getting rescheduled, ALL TEN MEALS HAD EXPIRED. I am in a battle with customer service to get a refund. Its been a week and nothing.
Never trust a business with no phone number.
They will offer you a credit, don't be fooled, it never comes off your payment. Total scam

Soulara are a great place to get ready prepared meals from! They deliver their meals fresh NOT frozen. They are all delicious and well prepared with plenty of great ingredients. They are well thought out and have plenty of different options for all tastes and they will meet all your daily nutritional requirements.

The meal planner menu and subsciption options are easy and friendly to use, you can skip weeks and customise the meals to match your life/schedule.

There's definitely a couple of meals I don't enjoy but it's easy enough to leave feedback and they are quite responsive to it.

Deliveries arrive ontime everytime. I've never used a meal subscription service before so I can't compare to others.

I ordered 9 meals and out of them, I didn’t mind two. The rest were not enjoyable at all. The options for different foods is small, with the exact same options coming the following week. I wanted to cancel my order, I emailed Monday at 8:30PM wishing to cancel but was advised I needed have to emailed by 8:00PM for the order to be cancelled.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Honestly the best foods i have ever eaten full of flavour

I have just gotten my first lot of Soulara meals and I have to say every one so far has been so yummy, they are so full of flavour! I will definitely be keeping my subscription for the next few weeks as I am really enjoying the meals, so easy for me to take to work and also to just heat up at the end of a busy day. If you are thinking of trying a plant based diet and not sure where to start I would 100% recommend Soulara!

I was excited to stay out of the kitchen after my 6 week gut challenge and enjoy the soulara meals. After ordering and paying in advance and then the weekly payment also coming out my food never came. They let me know that the delivery driver simply could not find my apartment. Being over the weekend they offered to deliver my fresh food 4 days later which I was not comfortable with. I was told I could use my ‘store credit’ but only after the following payment had been taken out which by now I was no longer wanting to spend anymore of my money, only use these ‘store credits’. This has been a complete waste of my time and money and the reply’s have been slow enough that they can keep taking my money. Would not recommend.

Great food, authentic taste, almost like from a home kitchen. Initially, I was freaking out a bit coz the packaging reminded me of aeroplane food but it's nothing like that! I switched after two years on vegan food-delivery food and I like this more, as they have a huge variety of meals :O

I am trialling several food deliveries and the Soulara food is delicious and wholesome. But I am most impressed with their (lack of non-recyclable) packaging. My worms are loving their blankets!! The thank you note to the delivery person also did not go unnoticed. It's the little things ... thank you. Worth paying a little bit more. Very impressed
