⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was incredibly impressed with how responsive and helpful Amore was when my package was delivered but unfortunately stolen. They responded in record time and resolved the situation so quickly — truly unheard of these days!

Every interaction with Amore was friendly, professional, and reassuring. I haven’t even had the chance to try the product yet, but after experiencing this level of customer service, I’m even more excited to become a new customer.

Can’t wait to finally try the product! It’s clear this is a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend based on the service alone!

As a 60 year old woman who loves makeup. I am always looking for a great foundation for mature skin and one that will not settle into my fine lines and wrinkles. So I tried the Facelove primer and foundation and loved them both. The primer is silky smooth and feels fantastic going on and easy to spread evenly. The foundation comes is a stick and it was really fun to use! I love how creamy it goes on and since it comes out white you can see exactly where you're putting it. When it changes color as you smooth it out, it matches your skin tone exactly and beautifully. It has a light feel, not heavy, yet full coverage without settling in creases. It still looks great after all day wear. I highly recommend Facelove products and if you have any questions, Amore with customer support is fabulous and gets back to you right away. Thank you for all you do FaceTime family!

Great customer service. Amore, was very helpful and took care of all my concerns. Thank you

Customer Service is the way CS should be across the board in all transactions. I have watery eyes and unfortunately the mascara did not work for me even though I love the color. Facelove has been very generous in correcting the problem. I look forward to doing further business with them. Thank you.

Yuki answered my question very quickly after I sent my message to Facelove. It was a very quick response and answered my question. Thank you Yuki

My order was delivered promptly with a sensible instruction leaflet and has proved every bit as good as promised. As a much older woman I had almost given up on using mascara but this product gives me beautifully defined, long lashes. I received a follow up email, which I truly appreciate.

I had a wonderful experience with Facelove Cosmetics customer service. I contacted them regarding a product that did not work well for me, and they responded promptly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. Pauline was especially helpful and understanding during a difficult time in my life. Although my purchase was outside of their normal return period, they made a one-time exception and provided full store credit. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and I truly appreciated the compassion and customer care I received. Thank you, Pauline, for making this such a positive experience. I would not hesitate to shop with Facelove Cosmetics again. 💜

Yuki was extremely helpful assisting with my online ordering of the eyelashes mascara as I’m not too hi tech savvy.

Also, she quickly responded to my emails in particular stating my skepticism with online ordering. Yuki was very understanding and put my anxiety at ease.

I’m still awaiting for my product but I received an email stating the delivery date.

Overall, a very good experience and because of YUKI, I now feel more comfortable buying cosmetics online.

I can’t wait to receive my new mascara!

Thank you YUKI 🙏🏼😁

I haven't received my goods as yet, but a deep dive into them reveals that they are dodgy. The ownership is hidden, a nominal address in America with no phone number and the address being used by multiple companies. The products are shipped from China. The adverts infer that the DR are Korean beauty products, but they aren't. There are concerns as to the safety of their products. At best at they are misrepresenting their product, worst case is that they are selling cheap nasty dangerous products at a premium price.

I bought the "tube" and I made a mistake with the address. Thankfully Cyrille got back to me and resolve my problem. I am extremely happy with the prompt response that I got from her. A+ in customer service.

I saw this on Facebook and was skeptical but with a money back guarantee I ordered it. I am 63 years old. I have tried lots of products but this is all it says to be and more. I have smoker lines above my upper lip because I have drank thru a straw for years. It helped cover these up. It went on white but changed to match my skin tone as stated and left my skin looking dewy and radiant. It was more than I had hope for. This product is worth every penny I penny. I had support with my order as well as any questions or concerns. My agents name is Yuki.

I was making an order and accidentally order a primer and I contacted Pauline and she took care of my refund immediately.

Great customer experience
When I reached out for help with a coupon they responded quickly and adjusted my payment accordingly without any issues. So easy and nice !

I bought the mascara and the eyelash serum. I am really happy with both items. However, I wasn't sure how to use the serum or remove the mascara, so I emailed and asked. The company rep Yuki was amazing. I had answers within hours and such a friendly helpful person. Can't recommend the company, staff and products highly enough.
