I live on 40 acres down a dirt road on the outskirts of a tiny country town 161 kms from Melbourne where not even the postman or the garbage man comes yet Soulara delivers delicious fresh vegan meals to my front every fortnight! I know exactly when they will be here - so many meal options - excellent customer service and great prices! I LOVE SOULARA

Had a small issue and Kristel from Customer Support replied immediately and got it sorted. Have been ordering Soulara for about a year now and they are truly wonderful. I really look forward to my delivery day. I get 9 meals fortnightly and it saves me money not having to worry about buying groceries to make my dinner. I highly recommend Soulara.

I've been using Soulara for years now getting meals delivered to work to make up for those lazy nights without meal prepping for the next day. They have great customer service and are very helpful. I love when they bring out new dish's to spice up and change the regular program, keeping it fresh.

Good meals! I enjoy them and they save me heaps of time. Prompt and polite support when requested as well.

Easy to order, good customer service. I have used Soulara for years now, and have a custom set up with fortnightly delivery. I am a bit of a picky eater so only enjoy about half the menu but it's good quality and lasts the two weeks without issue. They are starting to add more variety now which is awesome.

Really tasty dishes, the Thai flavours are spot on delicious and fragrant and the tumeric soup is amazing too. Really good value for money and the customer service is excellent ! Yes first reply is like an AI response, but within couple of hours I got an email from a real person and the response time is excellent and very friendly and helpful and costumer friendly. I’ve been ordering now for the third time.

I ordered a variety of 10 dishes. I would say 7 out of the 10 were stand outs. The Turmeric soup was so tasty, I wish I had ordered more than 1. The bean casserole was also very tasty.

Fermenting slop. Disgusting food. The quality has consistently dropped over the last few years. Last order fermented 3 days after delivery. I reached out to customer service and got a generic response. Thank god as I went to iku and their food is still fresh a week later.

If time is money, then the value of Soulara meals are worth every penny as I can have nutritious, delicious meals delivered straight to my door which include a range of vegetables and plant protein that I would otherwise not have the time to meal prep myself. I love that I can customise my order and that there are so many vegan options that vary in their protein content, allowing me to track my macros with ease without needing to spend hours planning and cooking for, as well as not getting bored of the same meals. Strongly recommend for the plant-based busy grinders!

Overcharged. The bracelet ad shows a reasonable discounted price but when you check out they add a surprise fee for warranty and also an extra fee for shipping insurance

I have been truly impressed with Soulara’s food delivery service. Customer service has been exceptional and the meals that I have had so far have been tasty and delicious. Thank you for making life easier, especially for a vegan.

My husband and I both have chronic conditions that cause fatigue, so being able to simply heat a yummy pre-prepared meal at the end of the day, when our batteries are on the red is a huge relief. I contacted Soulara as my husband has corn allergies and I noticed quite a few meals do have some form of corn in them. They got back to me straight away and assured me many meals are corn-free and on a second look, I was able to find lots of nutritious meals suitable for both me and my husband and look forward to their arrival!

Been ordering from soulara for a while they are the best vegan food delivery service, we had a mix up with our orders and they resolved the issue straight away without question very good customer service and I’ll continue to buy from them for a long time

The meals were delivered on time, put in the shade and well protected with two big ice blocks and a cooler cover inside the box.
I’ve really enjoyed the flavour packed meals and great portion size, I like a good size meal and the medium works well for me.
So glad I tried Soulara and I’ll be ordering more, it’s so good to have healthy, tasty, vegan meals delivered, ready to heat and eat!

Meals are very tasty. Easy to heat up and delivery very smooth. There is a nice variety of choices and some nice and spicy.

I’ve tried a few meal service but Soulara are the best.
I like how they have specific packs that are tailored to different needs. Great company. Wonderful idea for busy people.

I love my Soulara meals,I live alone and sometimes have very long work days so the convenience is excellent. It's great having something to eat you know is quick but also high protein/low calorie etc I've found the meals to be delicious and good portion sizes.

So dissatisfied and disappointed 😞.
Food isn't local or supported of Australian ingredients half of ingredients are from most probably cheap countries also using numbers and sugar in food too with even numbers aswell. Nothing natural or ethical about this brand 0 zero stars 🌟. Please accept feed back and change the quality ad it's terrible instead of gaslighting customers and pretending 😑 it's all good 👍 cause everything you stand for is highly un ethical and not kosher. Shame on you all for miss leading hard working Aussies

Disgusting dry and bland food with ingredients mainly from cheap Asian countrys and not using all Australian local supporting farmers products also i saw chemical colouring and numbers in 1 of the packaging so NOT healthy at all food was Disgusting and bland !! I'll try garden of Eden local organic meals that are more cheaper too!!

Used to love Soulara meals, but won't be ordering them anymore. Meal options have barely changed over the last 18 months, and the last order I had all you could taste was the pepper they had put in the meals.

Good to keep on hand for easy meals, and they do taste fresher than alternatives (youfoodz, meal chef, etc.) but I'd rather just get the freshly made microwave ready to eat meals from Woolworths for the same price or cheaper.
