Messer
schön, aber Messer komplett stumpf!!
Gabeln schlecht ausbalanciert… Noch nie beim Essen so wütend gewesen. Das Essen mit dem Besteck muss allgemein wohl geübt werden, wenn die Messer überhaupt scharf wären

Thank you for your feedback, and we are very pleased that you like the design of our cappuccino cups!
We understand that price is an important factor. At SOOS Atelier, we place great value on high-quality materials and careful craftsmanship to ensure our products are durable and unique. Unfortunately, this is sometimes reflected in the price.
We greatly appreciate your honest feedback and will share it with our team. We still hope you enjoy your new cups!
Would not recommend
Shipping was okay and the things I ordered were mostly okay, BUT: on their website they have been advertising "1+1 ends today" for months now, and the stock has always been marked as "low". Also in their refund policy they inform that if you return you pay shipping costs, but what they forget to tell you is that return shipping can cost up to 40$, which is obviously totally unacceptable when the company is selling products that average price is probably around 25$.

Svar fra SOOS Atelier
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We appreciate you mentioning that your items arrived safely, but we sincerely value the concerns you’ve raised regarding our promotions and return policy.
Regarding our "1+1" promotion, we aim to offer the best value possible, though we understand how the "ends today" messaging can feel repetitive if the campaign is extended. We are currently reviewing our website's marketing to ensure it feels more transparent for our customers.
As for returns, we do try to be clear that return shipping is at the customer's expense; however, we recognize that international shipping rates, especially for heavy items like ceramics or cutlery and can be very high compared to the item's price. We are actively looking into more affordable local return options to better support our international community.
If there is anything specific about your order that you are unhappy with, please let us know. We’d love the chance to make things right. Please send us an email at hello@soosatelier.com
