Ordered two items and, almost two weeks on, there’s still no dispatch or delivery. Customer service has been completely unresponsive.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Returned the hanging rail, they said they had received it and processed my refund. Complete and utter liars they hadn’t. Hey also refused to refund the original postage which they are legally required to do as I returned the order in full and paid for the return. Even when they were presented with evidence from government website. NEVER BUY FROM THUS COMPANY. I successfully got my money returned in full by PayPal.

Waited three months for picture frames. Still waiting. No contact number and email representatives are useless. I would avoid like the plague. Pay 20% more and actually receive your items.

I received the wrong lampshades several months ago. I’ve written countless emails, but they keep stringing me along and don’t get back to me. That’s just not okay. I can’t recommend them.

Maison Flaneur carries beautiful products and I even found a quilt that was sold out everywhere but here. Love the mix of vintage and newer styles.

I ordered a cutlery set in December 2025 to which I have still NOT received and it’s now FEBRUARY 2026 I have sent multiple emails asking for an update along with a refund as it’s been more than 30 DAYS since my original order to which they just keep telling me they are waiting for an update from the manufacturer? they attempted delivery in January to which they put incorrect paperwork and it wasn’t able to get through customs as they are knives, to this day I’m just being ignored by email with no refund and no product I believe this company are scam artists DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
