Easy to start, hard to cancel
Sons is one of those products that is dead easy to subscribe to, but then predatory UX and tricky to cancel. I've received many a delivery from them in the past and wasted time trying to get them to stop charging me.
You may be better off just getting a one off private rx and going to your local pharmacy.

I have been on the tablets now for 12…
I have been on the tablets now for 12 months and it has given me my confidence back completely. I cringe when I look back at photos before I started. I can't begin to explain what this has meant to me. My hair has not stopped recovering yet. As well as regrowing, it is now becoming just as thick at the back as everywhere else on my head. I'm so glad I did this journey.

six months ago i had problems with sons.ie, my delivery was missed, had to reach out a couple of times, finally got sorted. last week, my order auto renewed and it went brilliantly, got email last week to say it was on the way, was delivered this morning, money came off credit card. delighted with the service

They SCAMMED me! Be careful!!
Sons REFUSED to refund me, claiming it was too late to sign up to their money-back guarantee because my treatment had already started - 5 days ago!!
I signed up for a 6-month treatment of Finasteride/Minoxidil to treat a thinning crown based on the safety net of their money back guarantee, which I had seen proudly advertised.
However, they will NOT honour this unless you MANUALLY sign up for it *before* your treatment begins. This is despite their official website having any obvious way to sign up for the guarantee. You have to Google search their guarantee page, then scroll down through what looks like a Terms & Conditions page (so it looks like you're in the wrong place) before finding a place to upload your photos. Extremely poor and seemingly obfuscated.
I am putting up with side effects every day - I'm not sure what they put in this stuff, but I had an adverse reaction to it from day 1. They won't refund you based on side effects though, so if you want your money back, you have to make yourself sick for 6 months. So here I go, I guess.

Started with the Thickening Hair Paste…
Started with the Thickening Hair Paste which as a hairdresser I was very critical but it is really good. Easy to apply, lightweight and dries into the hair. I’ve also started on the minoxidil spray which I’ve used others before which were really sticky. While I can feel it in the hair it’s much easier to to work with than others I’ve tried.

Awesome
Product arrived fast, product is legit and i am already noticing signifcant effects. Only negative is that i got told that i will get a welcome bundle, i didnt receive that, not a big deal for me but it does drag it down a bit.

The company took £189 from my account after a year, despite me clearly instructing them not to do so, and they are now refusing to issue a refund.
This is completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with their handling of this and would strongly advise others not to use this company.
