Friendly helpful staff, super quick delivery, great service

I've been using their shampoo which is a 200ml bottle. It's lasted around a month, washing two to three times a week. My hair is noticeably thicker, in excellent condition and has left no residue. I believe that with consistent use It might even help with regrowth. I followed the instructions on the packaging which says to massage in for 90 seconds. That seems to really help with removing dandruff and grease. There's no signs of any dandruff. The packaging is so unusual as well. It's like a silver chrome effect. The smell is very citrusy like lemongrass. It definitely wakes you up in the morning without being overpowering. Having done some research on the company, I can see that they are showing commitment towards sustainability and accountability. I would like to see some work on the packaging to reduce the single use plastics. But overall I'm very pleased with this. I'll definitely be buying the conditioner and clay to try.

Absolutely disgusting company. Took money out my bank and send me products that I don’t need. Charged me £189 for some hair spray, absolutely mental! The even worse part is the spray I have used in the past from them is horrible, massively irritates your hair and damages the skin on your forehead from where it oversprays onto it. When I requested my money back they refused to and said they will not accept the products back. I am now am unable to feed my kids and pay some of my bills, absolutely fuming 😡

Sons was introduced to me a little over a year ago and to this day their products are still part of my daily routine (as someone who is always looking for new products/trying ones out in the hair loss space). Special highlight on the nozzle of the minoxidil- application is much quicker than that of the other brands I've tried. Always a pleasure to be able to recommend it to friends, family, and others as I always hear good news about their experience and results.

I have been a user of this brand for a while, mostly hair related after losing my hair after a 5 year cancer battle & never being comfortable with what grew back, I have been using many of these products which I really believe have helped on my hair journey in getting my hair to how I want it, I’ve noticed thicker healthier growth since using them and I’ve never been able to find a product to do just that.

The price are very good for what you get, delivery is especially fast. Customer service team are there every step of the way regardless how big or small your questions are they will always give the best advice & response.

I’ve been using this Strengthening Conditioner for about 5 weeks now, and I can honestly say I’m really impressed with the results. From the first few uses, I noticed how soft and smooth my hair felt, but over time the difference became even more noticeable.

My hair feels much stronger and healthier, and one thing I didn’t expect is that it doesn’t get greasy as quickly as it used to. That’s a huge plus for me. The texture of the conditioner is also really nice—rich enough to feel nourishing, but not too heavy, so it doesn’t weigh the hair down.

My hair conditioner order from Sons was easy to place. It was delivered very quickly by Royal Mail and I was updated by email when it was due for delivery. My order was securely packed & nicely presented in a card box.
The conditioner works really well & I am very pleased with it. It is extremely good at moisturising your scalp and since using it I have had significantly less itchiness. I would say it is the best thing I have ever used for an itchy scalp so I would definitely recommend it. Sons products also strengthen your hair.
You just need to leave it on for 3 minutes & then rinse. The product has a nice texture and it rinses away with no effort.

Just started using the conditioner product and it is great, smells fresh and makes my hair feel great .

Reply after 3-4 days and give a very templated response

I asked to cancel the order even days before it was shipped but no action and someone contacted me 2 days after shipment to say we can't cancel it. Very poor customer service
