Fast delivery, great products and good customer service

I ordered 6 months of combination spray from Sons a week ago. I had a few questions on how to apply it, as there weren't really any detailed instructions with the product or on their website. According to their website, they have an "aftercare team" with "licensed experts" and photos and information on these people. However, when I sent my questions I got a boilerplate response from a "Customer Champion" that was related to application but did not attempt to answer any of my questions. I replied again asking if the aftercare team could briefly answer my questions and the reply I got was the same boilerplate response. My first concern is that they're selling drugs that should be prescription-only, but I was able to put the order in my cart and immediatly able to purchase it (I'm guessing someone briefly looks at your survey answers before despatch, but still). Secondly, they portray the image that experts are available (which they should be, as this is a drug that is not completely benign) but it seems that in reality they're just using customer service reps who don't know anything bout the drug. Thirdly, the bottle says "unlicensed medicine" on it, which I guess is fine but given that the company doesn't seem to be a proper healthcare company at all, it doesn't inspire confidence and makes you wonder who they're outsourcing the compounding to. There are a few other red flags, such as the fact that they lock you into a subscription, and they put "money-back guarantee" on their website, but it requires you to navigate to further webpages to find out that there are requirements such as registering in advance. I've taken 5 doses but have now decided to stop as I feel uneasy about the situation. Maybe I would try again if it becomes licensed. It's quite a lot of money to have spent and still have one unopened bottle but I think there is no hope of returing or refunding.

The product was good, but I was disappointed and felt ridiculous with their service! A £189 package and they charged for the next time after six months without warding me again! But at the same time they emailed me with a £119 continuation service! In the end they charged me the highest price! Contact them for customer service, all the way just shirk responsibility, or else say system failure! Finally, it is absurd to say that cheaper plans are for customers who have not renewed their contracts! What logic is this? ! The customers who support don't get discounts! And then all recycled fees! ! ! I highly do not recommend this product! ! !it's totally ridiculous!!!;;

The guy I spoke to Daniel, he was polite, even funny, he did his best to get the right thing for me, I felt like I'd really been Heard, and felt like I had a really pleasant chat with a nice guy, as opposed to some companies where after a call you just feel frustrated, and not listened to. Yeah, Sons runs a good business.
