I cannot stress it enough. This company is extremely unprofessional, they take forever to respond, there is no communication whatsoever on your order status, and when they eventually get delivered to you (assuming they don't put the wrong address as they did for me) the quality is absolute crap.

After trying to get the address corrected for over a month with the worst of communication options, I still had to walk 3 streets over to a neighbor's house and knock on their door so I could get my flowers that were delivered to them. AND I COULDN'T EVEN FIND THE HOUSE. So I am just out of luck on having flowers for my wedding that is THIS MONTH.

This company is an absolute joke. It's a waste of your money.

Worst customer service ever. It has been a month since I placed my order. Which was not special it was supposed to ship out in 5-7 days. It still has not shipped 1 month later. Don't order from this company.

Our experience with Sola Wood Flowers was absolutely horrific. We placed an order for wedding flowers. Corsages, boutonnières, and bouquets were ordered within the 30 day timeline. Two days before the wedding, after multiple phone calls to verify they were shipped, we were told the entire order would be canceled and the only remedy they could offer was a refund. No offer to try to find the order in their warehouse and ship it out faster. Just a repeated “I’m sorry, ma’am”.

When you place an order, you are required to check a box saying the colors you chose are final, with no ability to see whether they match the colors on the screen (which everyone knows computer screens and then reality don’t match). You also never get asked if the order is for a certain date to make sure they will arrive in time. There is NO assistance to choose what shipping speed you should pick either.

I asked to speak to a supervisor at one point, and was told I would get a call. No one ever did. They are only open by phone for two hours a day!!

To top it all off, the order shipped out on the wedding day and arrived 5 days after the wedding, when no one needed them. We were left to find flowers two days before a wedding, on Valentine’s Day, when everyone has purchased fresh flowers and almost none are left!

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible Experience, Not only were they 3 weeks late delivering us someone else's order, but after we called them, they did not call us to tell us we got the wrong order, they told us they lost our original order in the mail. I tried for 8 hours to get a supervisor on the phone, and NEVER received a call. I reached out via Email, Text, Social Media, and Phone. Even went as far as to try to connect with their VP of operations. Still nothing. WASTED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS and A WHOLE WORK DAY. LITERALLY GO WITH ANYONE ELSE.

Took two months to receive my package, half of the items were missing and the other half weren’t even items I ordered. Instead of flowers I received pieces of white plastic labeled as baby’s breath covered in handfuls of glitter that spread everywhere. Disputed it with my credit card company and luckily was able to get my money back. Beware of this scam of a company!

10 out of 10 I would not even recommend to my worst enemy! I ordered my items 11/26/23 and still have not received them despite being told my order would be "escalated and shipped by the end of last week" and most recently told my order would be shipped on 1/15. I still do not have an update or tracking number and can't even get anyone on the phone/text/chat to help. It is an estimated 3-day response time and in addition to the long wait the website states customer service reps are only available from 12-2 each day. I am going to contact my card company and file a charge back. I have literally never done that before but based on previous reviews I am not anticipating getting my order on time, intact, or up to any kind or presentable standard, if I ever get it at all. SO DISAPOINTING!

Placed an order on 11/24/23 for several “ready to ship” arrangements. Website states they should have shipped in 1-3 business days….order still shows “in process” and there have been no response to repeated phone calls (during the 2hr window that support is supposed to be available), chat, FB and email messages. These are/were to be Christmas presents, but we have little faith left they’ll ever arrive. Have been sent two tracking numbers for labels created 3days previously that still have yet to ship. Buyer beware😒

Do not bother trying to get anyone to understand in this company. The lack of communication and accountability is ridiculous. No communication I thought this product was coming from China and not the US. They flooded my email with sales yet they couldn't even push out an order as small as mine. I placed an order Nov 19th 2023. They never sent information on shipping or tracking. I contacted them she explained a bit behind but would get to my order ASAP and expedite. She would then contact me to let me know status. Well none of the above happened. I called my credit card company to inform them. I contacted them again no response and I have no shipping or tracking number. Well I received an email today apologizing for the delay and by the way here's your tracking number. Search the tracking number and its out for delivery! Well guess what like I told them and emailed them. I no longer have use for these items it is too late since my project was done. I called them and she did not care about the situation they put me in for the lack of communication. It is ridiculous do not waste your time or money with these people. Again like I told the customer service/manager you are bombarding my email with your promotions and sales yet can't even fulfill my $33.00 order. Her response I apologize but that is our policy. I specifically placed order because their shipping information says shipped 1-2 day sometimes even same day. They do not accept returns or do they refund. A company that can not work with their customers for their lack of communication in my opinion should not even be in business. The flowers are very pretty but not worth the aggravation. Save yourselves the headache.

The order did not arrive when it stated it did, the box was damaged, the products were thrown in carelessly and overcrowded causing breaks and flat bouquets, and the damage to these products was due to carelessness on the company's part when packaging. All of this could have been avoided so I could actually use the flowers for my wedding, which is why I ordered to begin with, if Sola had simply used a slightly bigger box.
None of these things have anything at all to do with the date on which I reached out.

However, upon discovering flowers that I planned to use for my wedding had arrived shoved and bent carelessly to fit in the box and were broken, I reached out. Since they arrived after the company said they did my timeline was off by half a day for returns. It is incredible that what Sola chose to do was hide behind a terms and conditions clause, because I reached out one day late.

While also claiming "To ensure the safe journey of our flowers from our hands to yours, we meticulously package each order with the utmost care. Our flowers are carefully protected, so they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition, ready to bring joy and beauty to your special day." - Sola

"We take pride in our commitment to high-quality standards, ensuring that each sola wood flower is a testament to elegance and durability." - Sola

Instead they said "We don’t like to turn away business but we stand by our terms and processes." By which they apparently only mean the terms that make them money, not care about their standards or quality.

Their response and reply goes to support that Sola truly does not take pride in their products or their company.

I ordered three of their large mystery flower assortments. What I received was a bunch of junky wood flowers that looked like a elementary school craft project. Contacted the company and they were unwilling to do anything for me. So they lied about their satisfaction guarantee as well.

Ordered flowers for our upcoming wedding. The flowers are fine but we paid to have the bouquets and boutonnières preassembled but arrived loose in plastic bags. Ending up spending hours putting them together ourselves but whenever contacting customer service to be refunded for the job they didn’t do (~$150, $20 each per assembly) but they kept deferring to Terms of Service and because we didn’t get ahold of them before the time frame they refuse to give money back even though they didn't provide the service.

The order was time-sensitive (for a terminally ill patient). I selected the fastest delivery option (2-3 business days as promised on Sola web site) and paid for expedited delivery with priority service. Instead of 2-3 days, the order was delivered by the slowest possible carrier (UPS LTL, or "less than truckload", which is slower than UPS ground) in full 2 weeks, on the day the intended recipient passed away. A week before that, I contacted the company twice and two different customer service reps, Kevin and Marie, in writing repeatedly and consistently provided me with false information (in plain English, lied) assuring that the order was already being shipped and should arrive the next day. Do not rely on Sola Wood Flower! If you place an order for your wedding, they will fully charge you the same day but you will be lucky if the order arrives before your divorce - or funeral, if your marriage is really strong.

Great product with great customer service. Orders take a bit to ship so definitely order with plenty of time ahead.

Customer service is timely and very helpful. I've placed 4 separate order and have never had any issues.

They also have a ton of tutorials so while there are no specific instructions, there are resources to guide you through the process. The idea is to give freedom to customize your flower arrangements the way you want them to look.

The flowers are stunning and they have a large color and filler selection.

100% recommend for weddings and other events.
