Granted I impulse purchased quickly, but i spent $100 for $25 worth of Michaels products and a crafts project with no way to return. If i wanted a kids craft project i would have gone down the street, i wanted professional, nice flowers for the wedding - what an epic waste of money. Their overhead is insane

Horrible Quality- Worse Customer Service
Fake and unrealistic product looks nothing like the photos. This company messed up my order twice and I had to pay for their mistake. The flowers came damaged and when I contacted them for a refund I was only met with contempt. It’s ten days until my event and all they are replying with are excuses about mistakes on their end. I don’t know how this company is still in business. Their contact email is disconnected and their phone waiting times are obscure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!! Extremely misleading advertising and unwarranted guarantees. $400 down the drain to denied money based off of “illustrations.”

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I placed my order July 30. The order was delivered September 9. Are you busy wedding planning time I did not get a chance to look through the delivery until September 30. After reviewing my order, i discovered I did not receive all of the items or possibly received incorrect items. Many of the flowers and prepared bouquets were smashed and damaged. I reached out to customer service the evening of 9/30/25. (20 actual days after receipt, 17 working business days since they are closed Sundays) After a 45 minute hold, I was asked to send an email or text. Then was advised I had exceeded their 15 day policy. There has not been anyone request a full explanation of what the problem with my order is or what possible resolution would be. The only response I can get is you are over 15 days so it’s not our problem. What a fabulous way for them to build repeat customers. At this point I have only ordered half of the flowers I needed. I may just chalk it up to a loss and go in a completely different direction Disposing of the flowers purchased from sola and starting a new elsewhere. Reviewing options and going to contact my credit card company to see if I can request a refund since what I ordered was not delivered.
WARNING - SOLA WOOD FLOWERS
My best friend paid $150 for her bridal bouquet, and they literally smell like rotten fish and urine. They told her that they should just smell musty and to let it sit out. Well, it's been sitting out 3 weeks in the garage, and the smell hasn't gotten any better
After we updated them telling them the smell was still terrible and she couldn't walk with these on her Wedding day without smelling terrible, they only offered to cover priority shipping for her and she could order a new bouquet at full price.No discounts no refund no replacement. They hide all the negative reviews and comments.
Wild Style Romance Bridal Bouquet FAIL
Ordered the Wild Style Romance Bridal Bouquet in the Build It For Me option. The bouquet arrived damaged and did not match the picture. After a lengthy email exchange where I sought to return the item for a refund because the quality was lacking and the item did not match the advertised picture, I was told they don't do refunds and could remake the bouquet but couldn't guarantee it would look like the bouquet advertised as those are for "inspiration only" which is crap - how would anyone order anything with any degree of confidence if the photo is for inspiration only? I reluctantly agreed to them shipping a replacement which the Customer Service rep assured me they'd personally see that it was better quality and more closely resembled the advertised product. NOPE! A completely smooshed flat pancake bouquet arrived with an even more damaged front flower and still not matching the photo they advertised! Can't even leave a review on their site to let others know how awful this company is...what a joke!

When I saw the DIY option on the order page, I thought it meant assembling the bouquet once it arrives. Only to find that they send a bunch of raw wood flowers and a few bottles of paint and you will have to dye the flowers yourself. Who on earth has time to be dyeing flowers while in the midst of planning a wedding? The worst part is that it took 3 weeks to be delivered and they DO NOT offer refunds or returns. Absolutely the worst purchase I have made in a long time

I placed my order in May 2025. It didn't arrive until July, and the products were damaged and subpar. When I told the business about the issue, they offered me little to no restitution. I then reminded them that I paid extra for their product protection, and I was finally told they would replace the damaged items. They assured me it would be processed quickly with expedited shipping.
I was first told my replacement order would ship July 11th. That didn't happen.
I was then told my order would ship July 21st. That didn't happen.
Their "customer service" has gotten less and less responsive, and each response offers the same generic response, "sorry for the delay, we appreciate your patience," blah blah blah.
They are offering no further information. They are not standing behind their product, or their word.

Horrible experience! Beware!!! This company is a joke (just look at the Google reviews)... I ordered items to test out the company for my wedding... we ordered the Gardenia groom boutineer... first they were delivered super late and had to buy real flowers for the event. They would not offer any kind of support or willingness to address the issue. Only said there was a shipping delay and they did their part by giving rhe items to usps. (Which their site never had a tracking number) finally after getting a tracking number from them in said usps was waiting for them to give usps the items. I tried explaining this which they kept denying liability. After the items were delivered they were not like the pictures! Dark red in the Pic but light in person, then the light white and ivory were dark colors. Truly horrible product and customer service, I bet all these good reviews on their fb is bots... ill be following up with my card for a dispute.... just look at their Google reviews.

Beware if you do not have a month to wait for your order look elsewhere. I placed an order on May 19th and did not receive it until June 27th (The day before my daughters wedding). I made several previous phone calls and was informed each time that my order was shipping on June 13th and my request to have a supervisor call me back would be honored. I did not receive a call from a supervisor until July 9th, after I made several other requests via email. The supervisor was unsympathetic and repeated the same phrase I heard prior "the order was shipped within 19 business days as stated on our website". VERY UNHELPFUL!!

I ordered from Sola Wood Flowers on May 25, 2025, and received my order on June 20. I contacted them the same day with photos of the damage, and I’ve been ignored ever since.
Part of the order arrived broken, and my bridal bouquet was completely unusable. It looked like it had been dyed by a child, then scorched or rubbed in dirt. It was nothing like what was shown online—absolutely not suitable for my August wedding.
Their “satisfaction guarantee” is a joke. They asked for photos and then stopped responding. No remake, no refund, no customer service.
I wish I could give zero stars. Save yourself the stress and disappointment—do not order from Sola Wood Flowers.

I’ve had the worst experience ever I ordered flowers. It took them forever to get my flowers and then they were flowers that I could do nothing with. I don’t create don’t try to build and I did not open the flowers and they refuse to take the flowers back or give me a credit. I don’t even care about getting my money back replace the flowers where I can can use them. I am getting married in 10 days and no one was helpful. The customer service is horrid. I would never buy flowers from a company like this again.

Buyer beware. Please do your due diligence and look for reviews at better business bureau, and trust pilot. This company turned off to review on Google. They act like they are too big to fail. They are not BBB accredited. Part of my order came in damaged where flowers were torn or broken. These flowers are not workable. Company not willing to take ownership of thier mistakes. Again buyer beware. With this company you're purchasing at your own risk. Hopefully I can post photos.

After having being pushy about how my order was damaged. Sola woods did come to a resolution.
I'll admit I was heated when I initially reached to customer service cordially about half of my order being damaged, and I received what seemed a generated response. Thankfully, I was able to be connected to a representative who was a person and helped me with a resolution. The 2nd order, the flowers, were packaged much better and not smashed. I greatly appreciate this. Although my concerns were addressed, I do not see myself doing future business with this company. It has me on caution that I can be disappointed, and I don't want to have to come off threatening to get good service.

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with Sola Wood Flowers and to document an extremely frustrating experience.
I placed my order six weeks prior to my wedding and paid extra for expedited shipping, trusting that this would ensure timely delivery. To my shock and frustration, I’ve now been informed that my order still will not arrive in time for my event — rendering it completely useless for its intended purpose.
What makes this even more upsetting is that I offered to DIY the wooden flowers myself — even though I had already paid the fee for them to be assembled — simply to get the product faster. I was told this was not an option, with no willingness from your team to accommodate or even work with me.
In all my years of ordering products online, I’ve never encountered a company with customer service as poor and unhelpful as this one. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no genuine care for the impact your delays have on customers during some of the most meaningful events of their lives.
You may have received $156.97 from me, but you’ve lost a customer for life. I will also be sharing this experience with my friends, family, and online communities to caution them about the risks of ordering from your company.
After my own experience, I took the time to look into reviews more thoroughly — and found that many others have had similar disappointments, hidden away on platforms like Reddit. It’s clear now why your pricing is lower than competitors: you compromise heavily on service and reliability.
I strongly urge anyone reading this to save yourself the stress, wasted money, and heartbreak. Choose a company that values its customers and takes pride in honoring their timelines, especially when it comes to once-in-a-lifetime events.
Awful product and customer service!
They claim that they want you 100% satisfied with your product. My bridal bouquet actually smells like cat pee. There is no way it could be used in a wedding. They refuse to standby me and help at all. They said smell is a matter of opinion. And also, they only care if you responded within 15 days of your sale absolutely do not do business with these people! I am not only out $100. I also have to try to find a wedding bouquet in the next few weeks.
STAY FAR AWAY - IT WILL NOT LOOK LIKE THE IMAGES!
When looking for a bouquet on a budget, my fiancee was really excited to find the existence of wood flowers. When she looked up that company, she found great reviews for a flower shop in our state that is contracted with Sola but unfortunately she missed all the bad reviews of the parent company. After seeing them online, I figured we should add to that pile to prevent anyone from ever trusting this company ever again.
My fiancée and I ordered 3 bridesmaid bouquets and a bigger cascading one for her. They took over a month and a half to get here, which would be fine if they were as promised. Nope, they added a bunch of flowers that she didn’t ask for and didn’t want in them. They’re not even fully colored and are so obviously wood. You can tell they're the flowers that are only half painted "as a style" but really are used to cut time and purposefully not included in the website product images.
I go to pick up the bouquet — maybe we can paint those ones ourselves or something. IMMEDIATELY this thing starts falling apart. Greenery pops off and falls into the box, the flowers are visibly loose and are much dryer than the 2 sample packs we purchased.
They use glue guns to attach the flowers and greenery to a CHEAP styrofoam ball that sheds seemingly every time you breath next to it. To top it all off, the cascading bouquet doesn't hide itself from the side well, showing the plastic piece that the ball is attached too AND the flowers have stained our table cloth.
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THEY TOUCHED HER DRESS, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
Needless to say my fiancee is incredibly upset bc she’s been doing so well trying to find things on a budget and was really excited about the idea of wood flowers. When we asked for a refund or a fixed bouquet, the company said it’s in their policy that they can add flowers based on their stock without prior notice. That's absolutely ridiculous and i'm sure it's one sentence tucked away in the checkout process. If this happens, they should contact the client to ask whether they wish to continue with their order. They have not responded to the other issues.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! They needs to take some accountability or shut down if they can’t provide the services offered.
