Many product are reasonably priced and very quick prompt from the seller

I have bought from jawa many many times only ever had 1 issues which took a while to resolve because the support told me and the seller to come to a resolution and the seller wouldn't respond so the ticket got closed eventually I opened a new ticket describing the solution in despair thinking there was no chance of getting my money back but almost immediately I got refunded with no further questions

Go to an eBay or something. No buyer protection. The “support” is terrible. They don’t care about the customer.

The experience was much better than I expected. I have not had the best luck with open box and other things like this, but this was awesome! You guys are doing things right.

The computer i bought was really good for the price runs everything great and it performs better than my old gaming laptop.

It's a good platform, but I wish it had a longer return window and better seller features.

Jawa if you really want to make Buyer protection then make the 48 hours 5 dqys so if you pc comes late they still have time to see if evrething is in the pc that it works and so on😒😒

Honestly looked at gpu prices versus eBay, newegg, microcenter, Facebook, I've seen the prices on this site at an all time high seen a 4070 ti used 1 year old, for double the price I'd sell mine!!!
Don't plan on becoming a customer cause the insane price and extra fees a hard pass for me.

Ordered a GPU on Friday on a holiday weekend and it was shipped the next business day. I was given a priority mail option for just a little more than the standard rate, which when shipping to Hawaii is way faster. Standard shipping could take 2 weeks or more. It arrived a day earlier than estimated just 3 days later. It came well packed in bubble wrap and a recycled cardboard box. No worries about shipping damage here. The GPU, a RTX 4060 is exactly as described. What surprised me is how clean the card is. Not a spec of dust on the cooler. The fans were clean. I can't say what the internal condition is (under the cooler), but everything seems good. I plugged it in, loaded the drivers, and It worked as expected. I ran a few benchmarks and it's performing as it should as well. I'm not sure what else to test, but I'm happy with it as of now. Oh, lastly, the price on this card was fantastic.

The GPU I bought is a good product and was not "price gouged" as many are on other "used" sites.

Everything was smooth and easy. Support is great as well. Definitely a 5 star business.

Company has gone downhill over the years. It started out pretty great 2 years ago, but now customer support has gone downhill and Jawa refuses to stand by their Seller Policies. Sellers are the life-blood of the platform and yet are treated like they don't matter, meaning that platform fee that's taken out of our revenue is not going to the risk/fraud/cancellation protection like it's supposed to, and instead Jawa will make decisions that put seller's out financially and time-wise and display a patronizing attitude in support messages.
