Please do not waste your time or money buying these flowers. The lower prices they show are only for the DIY flowers and there are still a lot of hidden fees and high shipping. The bouquet we thought would cost $25 came out to $45 in the end. Worse than that, though, the flowers come in only natural wood tone. They send you the dye to color them with, and you even have to put the stems on them yourself. This is a total rip off. Things got worse still, when the tutorial they sent me came up as "page not available" and they won't let me log in to my account to try to return this junk. A horrible company to deal with!
No even close to white!
Well, this may work if you aren't doing white flowers. The white paint wasn't really white, maybe if it was it would have worked better. White would have to be really bright to cover the natural wood color. It wasnt. Complete waste of time and money. Shipping time was extremely slow.

My wife ordered a Sola Bouquet for our wedding a month in advance of us heading out of state for our wedding ceremony. When Sola didn't update her order with any shipping notifications or tracking numbers, my wife reached out to them multiple times to confirm whether it was shipped and let them know over and over again the date we needed it by. Instead of being responsible and saying their fulfillment is slow and they couldn't provide their end of the deal and refunding her, they promised it would arrive on time. When it got too close to the day we were flying out of town for the wedding, she contacted them again to cancel the order and get a refund because she knew at that point they weren't shipping it on time. They refused to cancel the order and give her a refund. The bouquet didn't ship until two days after the wedding and didn't arrive until 8 days after our wedding. It just arrived yesterday and it's not even a nice bouquet. Whoever designed it doesn't seem like they have any floral arranging design experience. What kind of company does business like this? Their website says if you're not satisfied they'll work with you to make things right. How is charging someone for a wedding bouquet that is shipped after the wedding making things right? This company obviously only cares about getting your money and doesn't care at all about their customers, their reputation, or doing the right thing. Now we have to deal with disputing the charge with our credit card company. Avoid Sola at all costs unless you enjoy getting ripped off.
Order with TONS of extra time
Wow! CRAZY slow shipping. Ordered Feb 27. USPS says they were notified of getting the order (pre transit) March 10. It's now March 19. Still no tracking number, Sola customer service says they can't do anything to help for another 10 days.
This is my 3rd order - all 3 have been extremely slow, but this one was the slowest. I ordered some of our supplies from Luv Sola and those came very quickly! If you need your shipping to come within 6 weeks, don't order on Sola!

I do not recommend these flowers for a wedding! The colors I selected for my wedding bouquet were first white, cream and blue. They arrived in pastel pink, yellow and blue. If you are looking to try and match your wedding colors (most people are) do not use SWF. The response was “ Just as friendly reminder that pictures on the website are provided as an example only. As our products are made by hand, there will be slight variation in every bouquet. The colors may also differ based on the lighting you're using as well as computer/phone screen display can be a factor. We are unable to provide a replacement since the colors that were sent to you are color. “ They offered no solution even when asking if I could replace or reorder with a different recommended color to better match. We paid near $80 and I was so much offered a partial refund or discount to reorder. You would think they would be more mindful of a bride wanting just a close color match. As a flower company, they should stand by their wedding customers. We also ordered the wedding parties flower accessories- no complaints.

My order was missing items. When I talked to customer service they told me “too bad”. They couldn’t come up with a reasonable solution and wouldn’t refund. I will never purchase from them again and will never recommend them.

We had a horrible experience! We ordered as part of a Black Friday special for a wedding, including several bridesmaid bouquets and a bridal bouquet. The order page stated to order by a specific date to ensure delivery by December 30. The wedding was on January 9. We followed all instructions, but like many others in this thread, we received no product.
We received an email confirming the order and stating it should ship in 10-14 days, but nothing was ever shipped. Later, we got an email with an estimated arrival date of December 22, but still nothing. When we followed up with their customer service, we discovered they had not even started working on the order!
We sent them their own communications showing the arrival date they had promised and the clear communication of our wedding date. We also pointed out their earlier guarantees, but they essentially shrugged and said, "Oh well."
We received a lot of reassurances—"We'll get right on this," "It’s marked as urgent"—but nothing happened. Eventually, they admitted they were just starting to work on it. For a while, they couldn't even give us a shipping date. When they finally did, the estimated delivery was after the wedding.
At that point, the order was useless, so we asked for a refund. They refused, even though they had repeatedly lied and sent communications claiming the order was shipping and would arrive on time.
Their website states, "If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we'll work with you to make it right." This is completely false. BEWARE. Do not buy from this scam company.
Never shipped it
I kept getting emails my order shipped, but it didn't come. Upon contacting them, I was told they hadn't even prepared my order yet months later. I had to fight to get a refund and they kept closing out my help requests without resolving anything.
I ordered 5,000 Sola wood flowers…
I ordered 5,000 Sola wood flowers advertised as a random mix of 1”, 2”, and 3” sizes, expecting a fair variety. However, I am extremely disappointed. Out of 5,000 flowers, barely 50 are 3”, which is far below reasonable expectations for a random assortment.
Additionally, the majority of the flowers are those which are much less favored by most Sola florists. This feels like a deliberate choice to offload unpopular inventory.These are not random but a collection of poorly selected flowers.
I am incredibly frustrated with this purchase. The misleading description and poor selection make it impossible for me to use these flowers as intended. I would not recommend this product or seller to others. I will not be purchasing from them again!
Worms Decay and No refund.
Terrible experience. We ordered 5 months before the wedding because they claim they last forever. Entire order full of decayed eucalyptus and worms. ( we have videos) The Smell was awful. They promised us a refund in writing. THEN said no refund because we’ve had them for 5 months and we were the cause of the infestation. 14 calls texts and emails have been ignored. They have caused immense anxiety and heartbreak. I am furious. Do Not Trust these people.

Where to even begin. I placed my $900 floral order for our wedding the first week of July and received it mid August. The website said "Free Fast Shipping" which was nothing short of false advertisement. I called three weeks in (on a weekday morning) and got through to someone. He stated my order should ship by the following Monday. Tuesday comes around, and still no order update. I call again, and they state "I don't know why you were told that. It should ship by Thursday or Friday." Guess what? Still didn't. I call the following Monday, after absolutely struggling to get through to anyone. The phone will ring, place you on hold for 5 minutes, then automatically hang up on you. I tried the customer service email and never received a response. After calling at various times of day to see if it would make a difference, it wasn't until I tried for an hour straight of calling back at 5pm EST that I finally made it through to someone. She then told me there was an issue with quality on some of my dyed flowers, and they needed to be redone but should ship by Thursday/Friday. I also asked if there was a better way of contacting customer service as I don't have hours upon hours to try and call a number that doesn't answer. She said I could email or TEXT the number. Noted. Well, you guessed it! They still didn't ship. I tried calling again the next week, mind you we're over a month out by now. No luck. I texted the number and didn't receive a response until over 24hours later. My order FINALLY arrived a month and a half later. I opted for DIY for our upcoming wedding. Everything was carelessly thrown into a GIANT flimsy cardboard box that was barely hanging on by the time it reached us. There was no rhyme or reason, or organization to which flowers belonged to which kit. It took me over 2 hours to sort and organize all of the material and then find out what was (no surprise here) missing. Prior to my sorting endeavor I noticed right away I was missing all of the wood softener I ordered. So I called (miraculously took only 5 tries and 30min to get through) and told them this. They placed the order to send what was missing and I told them I will go through the rest soon and call back if anything else is missing. i was missing at least 5 line items I had purchased, and when I called back they told me I only have 15 days to submit any missing product. Seriously? After having to sort through all of this myself, still not fully knowing which flowers belong with which kit since they were all thrown in two giant bags.. You're going to tell me that you're not going to fulfill what was missed from a $900 order? (It also hadn't yet been 15 days, after doing the math). Then she came back with saying that they only cover 1 shipment for replacement items. Wouldn't this be explained the first time I called for missing items if that were the case? Nah. I was also missing all of the actual DIY crafting material, which the girl finally "did it this one time" and sent what all I was missing. I finally received THAT order and, yep, you guessed it, it was still wrong. I gave up trying to resolve this horrendous issue. I will not ever recommend this business to ANYONE. It is not worth your time and effort to receive sub-part product (if you receive it at all) that smells like cheese. Yeah, you read that right. they smell absolutely terrible. The Cream color I ordered also came out in two different shades. So I guess they didn't even fix their quality control issue. I saw the BBB also reached out to the company to address the issues from other customers and they never replied.

The customer service of this company is abysmal. Please check their Better Business Bureau rating before ordering from them. They earned an F. They do not ship on time, and then hide behind their clause saying they are not responsible after they 'print the shipping label'. In my case, they printed the label and then the box sat in the warehouse unshipped for 5 days. When it arrived it was only a partial order. I have no idea if or when the rest of my order might arrive. They also were sold out of the main flower we ordered, but didn't tell us until a week before the product was shipped, so no time to replace that. No refund. Only a store credit, which I will never use. Order from a reseller and save yourself the headache of dealing with this company. Do not believe the website reviews as listed on their site. The product, if you can get it, is nice. But good luck getting it on time, or at all.

Damaged flowers, ripped petals, flowers not dyed properly, TERRIBLE customer service, no resolution. 3 weeks to ship new flowers. Wont be done in time for wedding
Don't trust the website!
The reviews on the website are super suspicious. I don't believe a single legitimate business with over 10,000 reviews would have not a single 1 or 2 star review. Based on all the complaints and horror stories that have been coming out of a bunch of my wedding planning Facebook page I'd say that Sola are lying. The packaging is a joke, good luck getting what you ordered and double good luck that you can speak to customer service. If you do decide to go through with ordering from Sola make sure you do it as soon as you're engaged, as it takes forever to get the wrong order
I have had nothing but problems
I have had nothing but problems with this company from the moment I ordered. There were delays and excuses from unhelpful customer service. I was sent the wrong product and it’s been more than three months to receive my order.
So-So Sola
I bought a slew of flowers, wood boxes, and dye that came with a free premium greenery pack. Because it came with the free greenery, I didn’t purchase any. However, when the box came there was no greenery kit as promised. It took over 24hrs (of working days) for them to get back to me- contrary to their guarantee and they didn’t give me the promised $10 for that error either. The good thing was they gave me $18 in credits to buy the product that was supposed to be free. The bad news is, that didn’t cover shipping. So I ended up getting a product that was less than promised for more money.
The product I did get was pretty and easy to assemble. One suggestion to improve the company, regardless of the customer service issues, would be to supply free or cheap color samples. Like a pack of petals with a petal of each color so people can physically see and compare the colors they are looking to buy.

Do not under any circumstances buy flowers from these people. I had read how many terrible reviews they got but I brushed them off. I ordered my ready made bouquet ahead of time on July 23, 2024 to be sure they would arrive in time for my October wedding. Never got them…as the rep said they were “lost in transit” and should’ve only taken 7 days to reach me. To top it all off they are extremely slow responding back to you!

NO customer service
I ordered a trial of flowers, and loved the concept, so I ordered more to make bouquets for my bridesmaids, and a custom one for myself. I never received a receipt or any follow up, so a week later I messaged them, and they told me There is tiny print when you choose that says it can take "up to 14 business days" for a custom order. This is on top of 4-5 days for shipping, so at that point I knew they wouldn't get to me in time, so I asked to just get the other pieces, and was told in no uncertain terms that there was nothing they could do for me, and that there were no refunds, and basically, I'd get it when they felt like it. No refunds, no offers for help, and I had to spend twice as much to get real flowers for my wedding. These ones showed up over a week later in a very damaged box that is now useless to me.
