Sofa bed good quality and easy to open and close

Wife rely likes the mattress which has given her a much needed night sleep. Although this mattress is firm, she feels much supported throughout the night.
Feels nice an supported at the edge of mattress .

Fantastic quality of the furniture! Customer service was great as well!

Love the product. Footstool perfect match for sofabed.

Brilliant delivery team. We are on the 3rd floor of a tenament building with no lift and the guys, cheerfully, carried it up, put it all together, gave a detailed demonstration of how to make it into a bed and back to sofa again, gave us a free fitted sheet and took all the packaging away with them. Great work. Haven't used the sofa as a bed yet but it seems solid, reliable and comfortable as a sofa so I'm optimistic.

Great customer service. Always pleasant and helpful. Comfortable, well built sofa.

From getting the sample folder to ordering, and keeping us updated on the progress of our order, top marks.
We wanted the versatility of a sofa bed when we have visitors.
The sofa and chair are really comfortable and supportive, and so easy to convert to a bed, and with ample storage for duvet and pillows, it only takes a few minutes to have the bed set up.
Came with free fitted bottom sheets and a free foot stool which was very welcome.
Would have given 5* apart from the fact that after delivery, we discovered a foot missing from the sofa, and had to put a book underneath to avoid any damage, felt this should have been checked at the end of manufacture, but it was obviously missed, also the free foot stool wasn’t delivered. However both these issues have now been resolved and we are very happy with the sofa and have already recommended to family.

Exceptional service.

The whole process was seamless and I was very happy with the service. I ordered the sofa in April from their showroom so I could see and feel it, but didn’t need it til September. They reassured me the whole time that my sofa was being made and would be delivered on time. Sure enough the sofa arrived the day i moved to my new place and the service was amazing. They were so friendly and were not phased at all by the narrow street or steps to get my sofa into my place. They unpacked and took away all the packaging and showed us how to turn it into a bed. As for the sofa. We love it. It’s high quality, beautiful fabric and colour and very comfy.

Excellent service from start to finish. Particular mention to the delivery guys who treated the package and assembly with care and went about their task with admirable enthusiasm!

Excellent quality, design and colour. Professional and efficient service.
Delivery was done on time by very polite and helpful men. We are very happy with our purchase.

Very professional service - emailed and response was quick and replacements sent out - thank you

good communication from initial contact through to delivery.

Buying from a team that knows the products inside out and provides expert advice is a fantastic experience these days. We made contact via the internet but also visited the shop 'in person', which was helpful. There were no problems with subsequent communications - I rang two or three times and always got straight through, or left a message and was contacted shortly afterwards. Delivery was on time, courteous and painless, and the sofa bed looks just great. We bought the wooden arm covers (which we hadn't seen anywhere else) and are pleased with them, too. All in all, Sofa Bed Expert is a great company with a very high level of customer service.

Great service and great quality
The process for ordering is simple and straight forward. Delivery time frame was spot on. Comms from the delivery driver were excellent, even calling to ask if it was OK if they delivered earlier than expected. The actual delivery and installation was smooth and quick.
The quality of the sofa bed is exactly as described. The seating and "mattress"area are firm and comfortable. The operation to transform from sofa to bed and back is so easy and quick, and only requires one person. Great quality and exactly what I wanted.

You have gone beyond the call of duty to help me and followed up my call for help immediately. Thank you so much.

Delivery drivers did a great job building the sofa bed which is stunning. Then took all the packaging away, very professional team, am very happy with the whole thing.

Three perfect experiences

We were so delighted with the first purchase and the service that we decided to purchase a second sofa bed.

This led to a third purchase, this time a straight sofa that they commissioned to match the previous purchase base.

The quality is exceptional, comfort incredible, service the best we have experienced

I ordered the wooden arm covers for my sofa. They arrived on time and as described. The design is unique and I use them all the time for putting my coffee cups on instead of a table, and are the best buy I’ve ever made😁
