I wanted to take a moment to highlight the excellent service I received from the delivery team who brought my bed and sofa. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work.

They arrived on time, handled everything with great care, and made sure both items were placed exactly where I wanted them. What stood out most was their positive attitude—they were polite, respectful of my home, and happy to go the extra mile to ensure everything was set up properly.

It’s not often you come across such a reliable and considerate team, and I believe they truly represent your company in the best possible way. I hope their efforts are recognised, as they made what could have been a stressful delivery feel easy and straightforward.

Absolutely love my new sofa

Absolutely love my new sofa, it’s beautiful and so comfy! Amit and Faizan were great and brought the sofa in for me and also shown me how to assemble it with the leg pieces. They were friendly and polite. Would recommend.

Amazing service and delivery

Amazing service, good customer care with updates all the time. The delivery men Amit and Faizan were superb, they carried up to my flat so kind. My couch was easy to assemble and it is so comfy and spacious. I Would recommend this company if your looking for a good sturdy couch.

Amit and Faizan has delivered our sofa today.
Professional service, they called and messaged throughout the day to keep us informed of the time of delivery.
They helped bring it in house and plug it in.

Wow would recommend to everyone when i…

Wow would recommend to everyone when i ordered the sofa i was contacted 2 days later to confirm delivery and confirm what i ordered. Phoned the day before missed the call but had option to text back my postcode to confirm i was okay with delivery. On day of delivery Sami contacted me 30 mins before. Very respectful when they brought settee in Sami and his collegue couldnt be more helpful very careful when they brought the boxes in with the settee in
So nice when delivery staff like Sam are polite and reapectful. Settee came in boxes which were super heavy. When inopened the boxes later wow what a settee beautiful ordered Cosmo.

Great online advice, super quick delivery and the delivery guys Amit and Faizan worked really hard to deliver to our 2nd floor flat, excellent service all round ... and the sofa is pretty decent as well, thank you 😊 👏

The service was very smooth

The service was very smooth, they delivered within a few days. The driver went out of his way to help move the sofa in the house despite us living on a hill, and offered him money but he refused! Really helpful company. I love the sofas as well. Look as seen. Will definitely use them again.

Absolutely superb from start to finish

Absolutely superb from start to finish, they responded to me immediately on line about a sofa query. I ordered the sofa, delivered in a week! Delivery team were helpful and polite, couldn’t fault them. The sofa quality is brilliant and a fraction of the cost that you’d pay with other companies. Honestly this company is a joy to deal with!

Fantastic service from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish. My Hudson sofa bed was delivered within just 5 days of ordering, which was much quicker than expected. I also really appreciated the 30-minute delivery call — it meant I didn’t have to wait in all day.

The delivery driver, Sami, was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. He even took the time to assemble the sofa for me, which made the whole experience even better.
