The sofa-bed is way nicer than I anticipated. The sample books are lovely. The delivery was perfect and it was all explained to me whilst setting up. All the packing materials were removed and it all went so smoothly. I'd highly recommend the sofa and the company. X

All good. Great service

I'm truly pleased for the purchase. Brilliant communication with customer service from the start to finish. Awaiting time as agreed and received several updates what is happening.
Sofa is beautiful, very soft, comfortable and sturdy. Easy to open and close.
Lovely gifts as fitted sheet at ottoman pouffe. Thank you

Fantastic sofa and bed! Extremely comfortable, easy to operate and looks good too.
Delivery was fast, friendly and efficient. The bonus was a free, matching footstool and bedsheet. Couldn't be more happier.
Highly recommended!

So impressed with this company and our new sofa bed from them. Great range of sizes and colours, excellent delivery and quality product - a comfortable sofa which also becomes a comfortable king size bed . Brilliant!

From the first phone call, I was impressed and thankful that my questions were answered and the ordering part was easy, especially as I live very far from Bognor Regis.

I knew what I wanted to order but my mind was made up when I received the swatch book and touched the material. My old house has some difficult passages for a sofa to get through, but the men who delivered it managed a seamless move by actually taking off the sofa arms! Nothing was bruised, bothered or bumped. The delivery men were extremely pleasant and very polite, and efficient.

As for the quality of the sofa bed, it is excellent. I love the colour and, of course, the material. I have purchased a beautiful piece of furniture that’s durable and comfortable. I also appreciate the extras that were included!!!! The storage Ottoman and fitted sheet complete the whole set.

Thank you Sofa Bed Expert for a successful experience. I will continue to recommend you!!

Really lovely sofa, very comfy and working well as a permanent sofa bed too- love the storage in the arms too

Good advice when visiting the showroom. Delivery on time and very very pleased with our new sofa bed. Big choice of fabric and really well made. Would definitely recommend and only a short time between ordering and delivery. So comfortable as a sofa or bed.

Faultless! Communication was great. They went over and above. Many thanks.

I ordered a fitted sheet on the 26th of July and it took a month to arrive. No updates from Sofa bed expert to let me know how my order was progressing so on the 19th of August I emailed them asking why I hadn’t heard anything. They replied “ Please accept my apologies for the delay.
We were waiting for the new batch to arrive.
The sheet was sent yesterday by Evri courier.” And it was delivered on the 21st. I wish I hadn’t bothered getting a sheet from them because the quality of the sheet is poor as well

My small sofa bed is exactly what I wanted excellently made looks beautiful in my small space,so glad I bought it from sofa bed expert, the guys who delivered it were fabulous put it together in a few minutes took all the wrapping away with them very polite and professional looked at lots of sofa beds until I found this company so glad I did would highly recommend.

The sofa bed is great size, firm, solid, good quality, lovely colour. Beautiful as a sofa, good for occasional sleepover use. The delivery guys were great, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
Not giving 5 stars as admin needs to be slightly improved. Timing was a little longer than expected but they compensated with offer of gift, which is great, but I had to remind them to send. They were responsive.
Overall good service, but perfect sofabed.

I'm very happy about my new sofa bed. The design and fabric are great. Also I think the customer service is amazing. Delivery men were very polite and helpful. Higly recommend this store.

There was a slight hiccup with the delivery date, but it was quickly resolved. I'm very pleased with the sofa — it looks great and transforms nicely into a bed. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service.
Delivery and assembly was excellent.
The quality of a sofa bed exceeds the best reviews.
It is incredibly comfortable, sturdy and easy to switch from sofa to bed and bed to sofa. Storage in the arms offers ample space for bedding; mattress protector, sheet, duvet, cover and pillows.
The footstool compliments the sofa bed offering extra storage and a comfy seat.
We purchased chenille fabric. It’s soft but durable, very comfortable.

Stylish design, well proportioned, wouldn’t know it’s a sofa bed.

Would highly recommend and will be first choice when we consider any other purchase.

Good price, good quality and easy ordering. The delivery experience and contact was first class & the guys that put it together very swift and friendly. All in all a very good service.

Everything was delivered on time and was as expected, I’m happy with my sofa bed

From ordering to delivery, everything went very smoothly. Sofa bed is of exceptional quality, built to last and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great quality. Easy to make into a bed. Very comfortable and the storage is a bonus. Communication was perfect from order to delivery. Delivery guys were great too.
