Sofa Bed Expert Anmeldelser

Excellent quality, quick and efficient delivery

The whole experience from first delivery of samples to actually ordering our choice to receiving delivery and having a demo of how it works was first class. Then during the last week we had our first visitors who said that it was very comfortable. So we'll worth the money paid. Thank you all xx

The sofa is excellent and very comfortable both as a bed and as a sofa. Delivery and assembly was also fantastic. Thank you for getting it here before Christmas!

Brought a two seater this year. And had been a god send. No more bribing in a mattress every night and pulling it back in the morning.

Fantastic Company and Sofabed. We needed to change the size and arm height and all were accommodated with no fuss and to my amazement no cost. Delivered on time and very quickly by two helpful men. If I need another one I will definitely not hesitate to use them again.

The company is excellent in terms of customer service. The sofabed is great and the bed is comfortable. However, as a sofa it isn’t as comfortable as other sofas. It is also quite bulky which is why it makes a comfortable bed. I recommend this sofabed if you need a sofabed but would not if it’s going to be your only sofa.

I still love my pet friendly sofa bed. I asked if I could have the larger arms which would give me more storage and this request was happily executed. Brilliant. The sofa is very well made and great quality. Delivery and assembly guys were terrific. Communication with Sofabed Expert was very good. Would highly recommend. I’ve used it daily since April 2024.

Great sofabed, very comfortable, lovely vibrant colour. We were kept informed of all stages from order, construction and finally to delivery.

We would recommend sofabed expert.

Our recent purchase of a king size sofa bed was so simple and straightforward from choosing sofa colours and materials available using the supplied sample book to actually ordering the sofa on line.
Free delivery from mainland UK to us here in Northern Ireland was excellent
An excellent service and company to deal with. Would recommend Sofa bed expert to anyone.

Great sofas, delivered on time and at a fair price. The delivery guys were brilliant as well they assembled the sofa exactly where we wanted it.

What a breath of fresh air this company is. All promises came to fruition.
Beautiful corner sofa bed, delivered efficiently and on time with notifications to keep me updated.
The delivery and assembly crew couldn’t have been more nice and friendly.
So happy with my new robust corner sofa bed.
Thank you.

We travelled quite a distance to purchase the sofa and we were not disappointed, the staff member was polite, friendly and explained everything, they didn’t rush us and gave us time to decide what we wanted.

Delivery was on time. Unpacking and installation was carried out with great care. Very happy with the service and the sofa.

After visiting the showroom whilst on holday we decided to complete the order when we arrived home.
Delivery was less than three weeks, and on day of delivery were kept updated as to delivery time.

On delivery and unwrapping there was a problem with one of the arms of the sofa bed. The delivery men photographed the damaged item and said it would be fixed within a couple of weeks. They contacted us to try delivery at two weeks but we were on holiday so arranged a date when we would be available.

Now fixed and am delighted with the sofa bed.

All the team from visiting thhe showroom, email contact with Gregg and the delivery men have been professional, efficient and friendly and I would highly recommend this company.

I was kept informed of the progress, delivery was on time and the delivery guys couldn’t have been more helpful! Very pleased with the colour and quality of the sofa bed!

I worried about buying online for this amount £ - in this case i didn't have to. Payment ok when it was delivered - in fact everything from start to finish was really very good. Mini Mocca in Cinnamon / perfect and comfortable - they even made it my way (slightly with the measurement). 'Hats off' to the engineer and lovely staff.

Recommended great quality

The showroom saleswoman was extremely helpful and answered all our queries. We are very pleased with the sofa, and were hugely impressed with the efficiency of the delivery/assembly team.

The guests we bought it for haven't been to stay yet, so no-one's slept on it in bed mode so I suppose the jury's still out on that, but I had a lie-down and it was really comfortable!

Excellent product and great value.

Sofa delivery by experts! On time, great communications, and expertly installed in my living room. Honestly, could not have asked for more. Thank you!

Amazing from start to finish, ordering was easy, highly suggest you get the swatch samples first. Quick and brilliant delivery service and quality fantastic. Can’t recommend highly enough.
