Amazing aquarium store. Its the best one ive ever seen and ive seen a lot. The different aquariums he has for sale are not displayed just as a dry tank as is in most other aquarium stores. He has one of every aquarium he stocks fully set up aquascaped and with fish which shows the potential of the tank. His display tanks are just amazing. Biggest range of plants ive ever seen including so many mosses. This store really is a hidden gem and is so worth a visit and the staff are so friendly and helpful. 5 stars from me x

We were so pleased to discover this place, so close to home. The place seems relatively new, but we were really surprised to see such a great stock of tropical fish, all looking bright and healthy in clean, well-kept tanks. The selection of aquatic plants is the best we've seen anywhere! The owner is extremely helpful when asked for advice on various aspects of setting up a new tank. At the same time, he's not a pushy salesman and you feel relaxed just looking around and taking time to choose your purchases. We'll definitely be calling on a frequent basis.

Honestly, the customer service here is unbelievable! The whole team have always been amazing with me, from starting off to current day. They always have time to answer the questions I have (No matter how silly they can be) 😂.
I've went from struggling with a tank to a happy active tank with huge help from the guys recommendations and advice.
The store is always in spot on condition. Never had any issues with products or livestock.

Alex and staff are always helpful, plants and livestock are always first class, would recommend to anyone wanting to experience the joy of fishkeeping . Great for young and older people alike.

Do not take advice from Aquarium department, bought two axilotls on advice they would be ok in my tropical fish tank, only had 4 fish, now 3 are dead and 2 axilotls dead, i even went and bought a third one which is the only one left alive and my plec, i told the giy the exact types of fish and he said they would be ok, but now my tank is wrecked, i spent 110 pound on the axilotls, lost 80 quid there (got 3rd one for 30 since one died due to bad advice) i spent another 200 quid in the shop of dog/cat/guinea pig stuff all good, but after advice on aquarium my tank is completely ruined and desolate. Pretty mad. If i had been told not to mix them with fish i wouldnt have bought them and wasted all that money and now 3 fish are gone that i had for years. Other pet stores since have told me to keep them seperate.
Do not recommend.
The guy just then argued the toss on fb afterwards with not one small gesture to help , no refund or voucher, no replacement fish, even a few tetra would thave been good, just something. It was “no sorry mate, watch a youtube video”.
