The 2 gents that were there when i arrived were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They didnt try to oversell to me and were more than forthcoming with advice. Will definitely be using this place for my fishkeeping needs. Highly recommend.

I ordered this product because it showed as available in stock, but after several days my order was suddenly cancelled. The explanation was an “issue with stock management software” but that’s not my problem. Total waste of time! If something is not available, it shouldn’t be listed as in stock

Easily the best aquatic pet shop for iv been to over the past 15 years I've kept fish and only found the place this year, massive selection of livestock and plants in fact big selection of everything i needed for aquariums, also very knowledgeable about what they sell.
They keep getting bigger everytime I seem to go, huge selection of items for the dogs also, I won't go anywhere else

Brilliant staff

We went in yesterday for some advice about Koi transportation, pond suitability etc.The young man who helped us was unbelievably helpful, despite us popping in several times for reassurance and clarification on a couple of things.
We were not there to buy anything either, but nonetheless he was more than happy to help.(We did end up buying some doggy treats on the way out though - what a huge selection)

Really lovely aquatic shop, all the tanks are spotless with really healthy fish, and the variety is breathtaking! The massive tank which welcomes you when you walk in stops you in your tracks; you have to stop and look. All staff are obviously incredibly enthusiastic in what they do - it's not just a job to them. They are always helpful and give sound advice with anything and everything you have to ask (online as well as they're on Facebook) and are always willing and able to help. I am so glad I found this shop, I won't go to the big corporate one I used to, again.
They also have a non-aquatic pet section which seems well-stocked before the aquatic centre, but I have no need for that bit 🤷.
I'd recommend Snuffle and Swim, it's certainly my go-to place now.

The aquatic room is amazing.
I’ve had tropical fish for many years and have visited dozens of places selling tropical fish but have never seen a set up like this one. The tanks are super clean and not overstocked with fish.
The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I fully recommend them and give them 5*.
