Your refund has now been processed within our stated timeframe
Our policy clearly outlines that refunds can take up to 14 business days, and this has been adhered to in this case.
We would respectfully note that your comment stating you had “heard nothing” is not an accurate reflection of events.

Ordered pair of game trousers on October 20 2025.
April 11 2026 contacted GDC with picture of the seam on inner lining coming undone after 6 months. On April 13 the last response I've had with GDC over this issue. Nothing since.
Not replying to emails or chat conversations. With no phone number and them ignoring my messages I'm stuck with trousers coming apart.

I’ve reviewed this and can see you contacted us on 11th April, with our last reply sent on 13th April. You’re right that we should have followed this up further, and I apologise for the delay in doing so.
We haven’t ignored your enquiry, but clearly we haven’t progressed it as quickly as we should have — that’s on us and our supplier
We’d like to get this resolved for you. If you can please reply directly to our support email with your order number (GDC6398), we will take this forward immediately with the supplier and update you accordingly.
For clarity, we do have contact details available and always aim to respond promptly — and we will ensure this is handled properly from here.

Awful service and communication
Ordered on the 16th April. Now the 27th and I haven't heard anything about it being dispatched or shipped. Several emails and only one reply saying they will be in contact once in the office but nothing. Absolutely would avoid. Now going through my bank for my money!

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way.
For clarity, your order was placed on 16th April and was still within our stated dispatch timeframe when you contacted us. We acknowledged your message and advised we would respond once back in the office.
Following your subsequent email indicating you would be pursuing a chargeback and making public complaints, we made the decision to cancel the order rather than proceed under those circumstances, and a full refund was issued immediately. This is now being processed by your bank.
While there was a short delay in our follow-up due to an unforeseen personal matter, we believe this was the most appropriate resolution.

My dogs are show dogs and I need the at the peak of their health.
The delivery was a little later. But they kindly said Sorry for that. Which was much appreciated.

Good well made whistle, with a bit of training the dog is returning. Has a good range and easier than shouting.

Bought the gun dog rabbit fur dummy . Rabbit fur came off very shortly after . Emailed company Craig kindly sent me a replacement. Buy all my gun dog trainer tools from this company . Excellent customer service

Our order took a little while to come due to an item being out of stock, but when it arrived it was brilliant, Craig was fantastic throughout, the treats are amazing we are very nearly out again they smell good enough to eat no wonder the dogs go crazy for them.
