We picked our car up no trouble and dropped it iff on the exact day and time of our agreement and upon looking at our receipt sent through the office had dedected an extra $100 out of our mastercard wuthout our aporoval for no apparent reason. There was an extended day fee plus exrea driver fee and premium location fee abd credit card fees. We immediately rang the Christchurch office and spoke to 2-3 dufferent staff members who have been giving us the run around saying they cant do anything and yet they have taken money out of our account. All we want is our money back for a mistake from your office. We have expressed our upsrtness that we are out of pocket. Sent emails andvrang multiple times. It seems your Staff do not know what to do. The receipt is very unusual with muktiple add ons which we cannot fathom as everything was done in accordance with our agreement. The only extra payment that we asked for was to add an extra driver. I would like this resolvef.

Smooth, easy handover at collection and return. Great customer service and well priced for quality rental car. Will be using next time we need to rent a car.

This is our 1st time using SNAP and we will definitely use again. Given the current fuel crisis they took it upon themselves to upgrade us to a Hybrid. It was expected but it has been extremely appreciated. Very smart customer service to create an advocate not just a happy customer

The pick up went smoothly with nice friendly staff. Unfortunately, however, there were a couple of issues that surfaced after we began our trip.

Firstly, the car’s registration expired during our trip. We were asked to register it ourselves and get a refund but, in the end, Snap did it themselves.

Secondly, the passenger door couldn’t be opened from the inside which was a) annoying and b) a safety issue if we’d had an accident.

So, generally good, but more care needs to be taken.

Great price, excellent customer service, friendly staff, help setting up our sim phone card, timely shuttle bus service to airport and a really nice, clean car as good as any of the more expensive rental companies. Definitely will use SNAP in the future when we return ot beautiful NZ for a touring holiday.

The staff member was so friendly and helpful, on both occasions because we went back to ask a question about the car.

This was my first time hiring a car and SNAP made the whole process easy. Highly recommend SNAP.

Booking online was straight forward. Hired a Large SUV and picked up from Wellington airport branch. Nice and clean. Did the job. Snap customer service was great.
