Λυπούμαστε που πρόσφατα η εφαρμογή παρουσίασε χαμηλή απόδοση και που σε κάποια στιγμή δεν κατάφερες να προσθέσεις χρήματα στον λογαριασμό σου. Γνωρίζουμε ότι η αναφορά τεχνικών προβλημάτων μπορεί να είναι χρονοβόρα, όμως τέτοιες συγκεκριμένες πληροφορίες μάς βοηθούν ουσιαστικά να βελτιώνουμε τόσο την απόδοση της εφαρμογής όσο και τη συνολική εμπειρία χρήσης.

Promising start, but still far from a complete banking experience
I wanted to like Snappi. The zero-fee promise is real, transfers are fast, and the app looks clean. But after using it as my primary account for a while, the gaps are hard to ignore.
The most frustrating thing is how many basic features are simply missing. There’s no way to schedule a future transfer — something every traditional bank has offered for years. There’s also no option to download a transaction history report, which makes accounting for even personal expenses needlessly painful.
Then there’s the e-banking link feature. It’s advertised as a way to connect your Snappi account to other banks’ e-banking platforms, which sounds great on paper. In practice, I couldn’t get it to work at all. After trying with my existing bank and digging around for support, I’m not convinced this actually functions as advertised.
There's also no web browser access. If your phone dies, gets lost, or you simply prefer working on a desktop, you're locked out entirely. For a bank that positions itself as modern and European-standard, that's a surprising omission.
Finally — and this is more of an annoyance than a dealbreaker — the app is riddled with promotional banners for its own features. Every time you open it, something is being "announced" or highlighted. It gives the impression that the app is more focused on marketing itself to you than on helping you actually bank.
There's a solid foundation here and I'll keep the account open for now, but Snappi needs to close these gaps before it can realistically compete with more established neobanks.

Πολύ κακή η επικοινωνία. Ούτε στο chat μπορείς να επικοινωνήσεις με εκπρόσωπο εύκολα , ούτε τηλεφωνικά . Στο chat σου λένε "ουπς δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμος εκπρόσωπος" στο τηλέφωνο θέλει πάνω από 30 λεπτά αναμονή.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I had an issue with my iris payment, i never received my money even though i called multiple times and i sent receipts of the transactions. Im never trusting snappi again, sorry.Some people at the phone center are actually helpfull though.

Promising neobank with strong foundations and attractive savings rate
I opened an account with Snappi Bank a few weeks ago and overall I’m satisfied with the experience. As Greece’s first ECB-licensed digital bank (backed by Piraeus Group), it gives me confidence in terms of security and legitimacy.
What I really liked:
Fast & easy onboarding: Completed the entire process in just a few minutes from my phone. Got my Greek IBAN immediately.
Greek IBAN + local compatibility: Works perfectly with IRIS payments, DIAS, bill payments, and all usual Greek banking needs.
Zero or low fees: Very transparent pricing with free or very low-cost transfers and daily operations — no nasty surprises.
Modern daily features: Clean app design, instant notifications, virtual and physical cards, and everything feels contemporary.
Full ECB license & security: Knowing my deposits are protected by TEKE gives peace of mind.
Savings Account with 1% interest: They offer a flexible savings account with 1.0% annual interest on balances from €1 up to €100,000. Interest is calculated daily and credited monthly, with full liquidity (no lock-in period) — much better than the average deposit rates in Greece.
Areas for improvement:
Some features still feel incomplete. The app is functional for basic daily use, but it’s clear they are still building out the full experience.
Overall, Snappi is a solid choice if you want modern digital banking with proper licensing, local functionality, and a decent savings rate. I’ll continue using it and expect it to get even better as they mature. Support has also been responsive when I needed help.

Sehr gute Service alles ,kostenlos,2 Punkte sind in minus immer noch Kunde außerhalb vom Griechenland, die können nicht Kunden werden soviel ich weiß, und bei der Überweisung ist immer noch der BIC selbe zu suchen Statt automatisch zu fugen der App selbst wenn du schreibst der IBAN ….sonst eine von der beste online Bank wo ich kenne in Europa 😎🇬🇷
