Δύσχρηστη και προβληματική εφαρμογή (snappi app). Δεν μπορείς να τους βρεις στο τηλέφωνο.
Η εφαρμογή τους κρασάρει μετα από λίγες εβδομάδες και δεν μπορείς να μπεις στο λογαριασμό σου. Αν ξεχάσεις user name και password είναι πολύ δύσκολο να τα ανακτήσεις. Δεν μπορείς να επικοινωνήσεις με την τράπεζα τηλεφωνικώς όταν τους χρειάζεσαι (δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμος υπάλληλος), αλλά σου τηλεφωνούν αμέσως μόλις διαβάσουν μια αρνητική κριτική στο trustpilot. Θα πρέπει να βελτιώσουν τις υπηρεσίες τους και όχι να ενοχλούν τον κόσμο για να αλλάξει την αρνητική κριτική.

Κατανοούμε πόσο απογοητευτικό είναι όταν μια μεταφορά δεν ολοκληρώνεται, ιδιαίτερα σε μια τραπεζική εφαρμογή όπου η αξιοπιστία και η εμπιστοσύνη είναι τόσο σημαντικές.

The onboarding/application is flawed
The onboarding/application is flawed. App crashed twice on the AADE step of KYC and then a third time right after the successful end of the Live Video Agent Call.Had to start from the beginning and upon crashing after the video call completion I called the support line who recommended not only I restarted the KYC process but I re-install the app and reduce the font size on my phone!! Snappi seriously?? No continuation if your app doesn't go the happy path? Pls fix your app ASAP

An interesting alternative to traditional banks
Snappi is a fine example of an innovative neobank, offering a wide variety of perks compared to traditional banks. Instead of adding fees to every transaction, everything seems to be completely free - PLUS you get accounts with 1-3% interest, cashbacks, rewards etc.
As an early adopter, I find it frustrating to see various offers like €40-€50 for new customers signing up when I got nothing at all, and I prefer solid cashbacks instead of monthly draws and lotteries. However, it is still a good options for getting more for your money - and everything is done online through the app.

Overall good experience
Overall good experience, the application UI is smooth and fast . The application is still new (less than one year that rolled out) so improvements are expected but they seem committed to them. The only problem I have sometimes is when trying to add money from cards that I have successfully done in the past and I face unexpected errors.

It takes a lot of effort and energy to sign in and if something goes wrong you have to start from the beginning!
Once you install everything goes smooth
For me the very negative point is that the debit card is not compatible with Garmin Pay.

Όταν ένας πελάτης ζητά να τον καλέσουμε πίσω, αυτό θα πρέπει να γίνεται μέσα σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα. Το να πραγματοποιείται η επικοινωνία τρεις ημέρες αργότερα δεν ανταποκρίνεται στα πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης που θέλουμε να προσφέρουμε.
Σε ευχαριστούμε που το μοιράστηκες μαζί μας. Η αξιοπιστία είναι θεμέλιο της εμπιστοσύνης και σχόλια όπως το δικό σου μάς βοηθούν να εντοπίζουμε πού χρειάζεται να βελτιωθούμε.

Είστε ασυνεπείς.
Όχι καλή. Όταν σας χρειαζόμαστε είστε απόντες. Αφήνουμε το τηλέφωνο μας, όπως μας λέτε αλλά ποτέ δεν έχω ανταπόκριση. Την βλέπετε την κλήση αλλά δεν κάνετε απολύτως τίποτε. Αυτό λέγεται ασυνέπεια και στα τραπεζικά πράγματα είναι επικίνδυνη.
Αυτό μου έχει συμβεί 3 (τρεις) φορές σε ένα χρονικά διάστημα αν θυμάμαι καλά απο Μάρτιο έως και Μάιο του 2026.
