Amazing gym, great equipment and friendly staff

I’ve had a great experience at Snap Fitness St Neots. The gym is always clean, well maintained, and has a good range of equipment for both strength training and cardio. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to work out, whether you’re a beginner or a regular gym-goer.

The staff are approachable, helpful, and genuinely care about the members. It’s also rarely overcrowded, so you can usually get on the equipment you need without waiting. Overall, it’s a fantastic local gym with everything you need to stay fit. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, well-equipped, and friendly gym in St Neots.

Nice gym, good equipment and have a fantastic personal trainer in Owen. Sadly, Owen is moving on and the way he was treated was utterly unacceptable, so I am leaving.

The staff and trainers are keen to help us find opportunities to reach our fitness goals. Their friendliness makes us want to regularly extend our training. The facilities are quite good too. The only thing that prevents us from giving 5/5 stars is that the class space is rather small and is not separated from the rest of the gym so it can be difficult to hear some of the instructor’s directions. Other than that, it’s absolutely great.

For quite a small gym there’s plenty of equipment to go around. There’s always someone to help during staffed hours with any issues or assistance you might need. The areas are clean and equipment well maintained.

The manager and management team are amazing friendly and there customer service is what’s lacking from all other gyms

Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions , the equipment is great and gym is very clean including the changing rooms , the classes are fun and everyone is kind to each other 24 hour opening is a bonus great experience

I am a member of the Wallington’Snap’. I love this gym, it has everything I need. The gym is incredibly clean and well looked after. I would highly recommend the Wallington branch. The staff are all amazing who offer great 1-2-1 personal sessions; ‘Jack’, ’Sarah’ and Chloe. Classes are fun too 😎👊

So far after 3 weeks of being a member I have to at last say I have found the right Gym for me:
1. 24 hour access - suits my working life and allows me to go when it's quiet.
2. Even during so called busier times, you're not waiting to get on equipment. There's always something available that you haven't worked out on during that session.
3. Seem to be getting great results from the equipment.
4. Has all the kit for my needs.
5. Good clean shower, toilet and changing facilities.
6. Lockable lockers - provide your own lock.
Only negative is for myself - that due to my working life and long hours I find it hard at times to go as often as I would like to. That is something I need to sort out!
