Omg what an amazing class with Tracey, I've not hurt this much in ages and absolutely love it, will be recommending her classes to the school mums 😁
I also find the gym welcoming with a friendly atmosphere, the staff are great and the place is always clean and tidy, sooo glad I changed gyms 😁

Having tried to get fit on and off for years, one of the hurdles has always been finding somewhere comfortable which keeps my motivation… fitness has always previously been a fad that I’ve given up shortly after any introductory period…. JD at Hempstead is different! I have tried - and love - classes including Burn, Engine, X-Fit and Spin.. even completing two (later this week will be three) spinathons..! The gym caters for all levels with customers and staff approachable and supportive!! If I could give more stars, I would.

Very well maintained equipment and tidy areas

Been at the gym for about 2 years staff are really nice the equipment is always clean and works perfect, would highly recommend

Great gym bee here since it first opened. I think the new manager has really stepped up and made it a better gym. Only flaws I have is sometimes it gets too busy with the younger people that are clearly under 16 and another issue is that there could be more tricep ropes rather than just 4 overall great gym

Good gym with lots of equipment. It can get busy so you need to think about your times but I have managed to get on what I need. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Well maintained, friendly staff, only down side is it can be a little busy during peak hours, but that’s to be expected. Staff are always on the ball with things.

Since Steven has taken over it has improved massively. He’s always there to help

I come 3 or 4 times a week, usually just for classes. Instructors are great and classes are varied and also great. Friendly atmosphere and lots of equipment, no complaints and would definitely recommend

Excellent gym with excellent staff. The gym itself is brilliant with extensive equipment and machines but the staff really do make it, such a good friendly vibe. Since Stephen has taken over as manager, there has been a massive improvement. There is a great variety of classes but a massive thank you to Tracey who puts so much energy and love into her Engine, Xfit and Burn classes. The members would be lost without you!

JD gym is the best it’s got everything and is a good place to socialise

Could not gain access to the gym tonight at 19:30. I Pressed the green button for 20 minutes, but nobody came. Called Parc Tawe and again, no answer.
