Great gym very clean very friendly great staff

I joined Snap Fitness in Immingham as soon as it opended. This gym is brilliant. The equipment is really good as well. The team really do make you feel welcome. Everyone, the trainers , the people who go are brilliant. The trainers are so helpful and they really encourage you in what ever you are doing. However, my favourite class is Rhythm and Neve is fantastic. The class is high energy and Neve really pushes you but also motivates you. Thank you Neve your brilliant.

Got a bad Experience with snapp fittness, As They Charged me 25 pounds first for joining and told me after a month I will be charged the actual 36.99 pounds. But They charged that 36.99 after 12 days so I wanted to cancel the subs in that period and staff said yes we will proceed the cancellation.After almost 2 months now I didnt even use my subs they charged Again....Supe super disappoint and Please Snapp fittness I gave a Notice to cancel but its your staff fault so Please Give my money back..

Been going to the Gym as a disabled customer for nearly 2 months, and no issues.
Today upon leaving I asked to use the Disabled toilet. I was flaty refused. I asked why not. The Female Polish woker at the Crewe branch, said "I have seen you upstairs" I replied so, that doesnt mean Im not disabled. She replied "I don't think so". I even showed her work colleague next to her my disabled travel warrant. I was furious. I left and came back to speak to the male colleague outside. I said if she comes outside and appoligises, it will be forgotten about. She couldnt eb bothered or have the courtesy to do that. I have now handed my access card back and asked to cancel my mebership. A warning to everyone who has a disability, wether visible or hidden, to never use snapfitness on Crewe Road in Crewe, Cheshire.

The staff are amazing, leah stood out for me, asked what I wanted from my gym membership , I was given options on which membership would be best for me, I was given a great induction on how 2 operate equipment safely, shown around and told if I needed anything else dont hesitate 2 ask a member of staff, the gym is clean, friendly, very short time if any wait at all to use equipment and has everything u could need equipment wise, they have events and personal trainers, by far the best gym I have been a member of.

I’ve been a member here for some time and, to be perfectly fair, there are certain shortcomings that one can reasonably overlook given the gym’s location and the limitations of the premises. It is a relatively small establishment, so I appreciate that space is inevitably at a premium and that the facilities cannot be compared with a much larger health club.

That said, there are rather a lot of basic issues that really ought to be addressed. There are no changing rooms whatsoever, which I find particularly disappointing. If you need to change before or after your workout, you effectively have to change inside the toilet or shower area, which I personally find rather unhygienic and wholly inappropriate for a fitness facility. The showers themselves are limited to only two or three, and it is not unusual for at least half of them to be unavailable.

The toilet facilities are also extremely limited, with just one men’s toilet, a unisex toilet and a disabled toilet. The equipment itself could certainly be kept considerably cleaner and better maintained.

I was also rather surprised to find that the manager regularly has a dog in the office throughout the day. Whilst I have absolutely nothing against dogs, I do find this somewhat inappropriate in a gym environment and it does leave one questioning the general standards of hygiene within the office.

However, the most disappointing aspect is the manager’s attitude towards members. I have found the manner in which members are spoken to and dealt with to be exceptionally unprofessional and, on occasion, unnecessarily rude. Frankly, one can be fairly forgiving about dated facilities or limited space when the location is taken into consideration, but an unpleasant and dismissive attitude towards members is considerably more difficult to excuse.

It is a real shame, as the gym has potential. With rather better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, proper changing facilities and, above all, professional customer service and basic courtesy towards members, the overall experience could be considerably improved.

Good gym but way too many members for the space. it’s always packed!

I joined the Staple Hill branch of snap Fitness in Bristol a year ago. I am very happy with the gym and the classes provided. I especially like a quite demanding Yoga session that I attend regularly and women only lift sessions. I like the music and the atmosphere. It is a chilled and helpful environment.

Signed up in August for the new gym opening, was told I would be contacted before opening to get an access card. They appear to open tomorrow and not heard anything at all. All they appear to care about is social media. Not a great start to customer service to a place thats about to open.

Snap fitness in Waterford is a great gym. Lovely staff and it being 24/7 is very handy. The classes there are also very good.
