It is quite great to use, but the deliveries are getting delayed sometimes….and sometimes the retailers send fake products

Overall a good Experience. Occasionally some seller´s products are not what they claim to be or often in time the quality is much lower than what expected or shown in pictures but overall Amazon as an online shopping platform works and works well.

There is space for quality improvement I´d say but I am happy with it. So far so good. Not really had something sooo bad worth reporting.

Thanks, Amazon, for sending debt collectors after me and taking me to court during a pandemic, when you know that I have been ordering groceries from you with EBT and haven't been able to find work from home. Amazon fires their employees for being injured on the job and has legal loopholes to prevent them from getting worker's compensation. Totally unethical company. When will Costco step up and show these greedy little weasels how to run a business?

This company is dangerous and monopolizing every market. I hate seeing all small businesses die because Amazon is such a household name. I will never be a prime member because I don’t support giant superpower companies that crush competition and have unethical practices and a huge carbon footprint. Think about all of the wasted gas, plastic, and packaging materials from EVERY single Amazon order. It’s sickening. Please, if you read this, stop being such a consumer (especially from Amazon).

Products are often defective, website is poorly designed, search is astonishingly unhelpful, and company engages in unethical business practices.

I have been a prime customer for over 8 years now and their customer service has totally gone downhill. The delivery dates are never guaranteed and items arrive much later than expected. So why am I paying 100+ every year for a prime membership that doesn't even give me the benefits described? I have spoken to customer service countless times and they try to keep me as a prime customer by apologizing and offering me a promotional discount. How about improving your service?? They always give temporary solutions. I will be cancelling my prime membership and be using another service instead.

During the COVID Pandemic lock down, it was such a relief to see the grey Amazon Prime van with the blue smiley arrow , bought so many happy smiles to our neighborhoods here in USA 🇺🇸 and elsewhere all across the globe I’m pretty sure 🌎

My first experience with this site was not a good one but that was back when they first opened up & a lot has changed since then for the better in my opinion. Now days I buy most of my items, parts, etc I need from here even more so with the growing lot of scammers on ebay. I even bought all my parts for my newest computer I built with my last stimulus check.

Amazon Customer Service! I rate it 5 stars out of 5 because they will literally go out of their way to help you fix problems, bad items, etc. I mean they seriously go the extra mile which now days you are lucky to get someone to pretend to care.

Amazon Prime! Yeah this is definitely worth having because not only does it give you fast free shipping but it also has other great features to get more then your bang for your buck like Prime Video which is basically a netflix kind of service where you can watch tons of movies, tv series ect with your membership. I love the fact that I get all kinds of unlocks & content for games I play as well each month when I remember to check it. I think they even have a music thing but I don't use that though I am sure its awesome as well. Also rate this a five of five stars! If you are low income & have an EBT card you can even get a 50% off deal where they only charge you $6.56 a month that's with tax included which is an even better deal.

Ive had a few orders that came from shady sellers, but Amazon put a stop to that nonsense & refunded me. I have to admit I was not aware of how things worked with Amazon as I thought I was buying direct from Amazon on everything but I now understand its a lot like eBay with better rules & less bs. I am definitely happy with buying from Amazon now that I understand how to see the sellers shop, reviews, etc. After one bad seller ripped me off on a fake e-ATX motherboard tray I wanted for an open case they removed that sellers items being listed as they had well over 50%+ bad reviews where they ripped buyers off. I brought this to their attention & the seller was zapped. I love their no BS policy.

Almost everything I have ordered on Amazon comes within 1-4 days tops unless its over seas. I have accidentally bought things from China which takes months & is extremely annoying when you do not realize its being sold from another country. I try to stick to buying from the US & Canada only when possible. Sometimes though you just can not beat a price & its worth the wait.

I would recommend Amazon to anyone who shops online & like finding good deals with a site & service that pretty much always has your back & best interest at heart.

The service they provide is not that horrible, but knowing the fact that humans are overworking and degrading their health for minimum wage is unacceptable!

ALLOWS GPU scalpers, allows people to sell items that break in less the 30 days and not refund your money.... Removes negative reviews portraying the real condition of an item.. Amazon is turning to a trash service to not buy prime do not support this company.

I have been an Amazon.com customer since 2001. I live within 5mi of a brand new 700,000ft^2 Amazon Fulfillment & Sortation Center, within 15mi of a brand new Amazon Logistics Delivery Station, & their shipping times historically have always been beyond expectations too! So, wow! Their prices, their selection, their services, all are quite extensive. Amazon employs tens of thousands of employees, but their global reach extends to probably well over 1 Billion people in some way or fashion. And their Stock Price is pretty fabulous. Holy smokes! As an American, could there be a brand for me to be any more proud of...?

Well...Yeah, ...I guess? I just was here to complain about their shipping... But...(?) Generally, I see Amazon.com as the Re-signified Utopia interpolated by a drunken & crazed Joseph Stalin after reading some Karl Marx & ultimately devising National Strategic Planning. In other words, Jeff Bezos pulled off Stalinism better than Stalin ever did...using the quasi-Capitalism of a techno-future United States...& in the United States (technically winning the Cold War for the Soviet Union some 30 yrs after its demise)!

BUT! I digress... Whether I'm proud of Amazon as an American is irrelevant. I gave them 2 Stars after all! & It's not like I can NOT use Amazon...(?) The place literally does not even have customer service... That's why I'm here! I'm here to say that Amazon has built all this private infrastructure...right next to me no less...and yet their delivery service now sucks worse than ol' Stalin could do!

This has to be (?) the fifth delivery in a row that Amazon.com has utterly biffed. And they straight up lie about it on their website. "Guaranteed Delivery" via their enslaved drivers by 10PM & it hasn't even been touched for the prior 24 hrs to be "out for delivery." I mean, 9PM & it still hasn't yet to go out for delivery...and they're still trying to sell me on that lie...? Their service has become exponentially worse & there's no excuse for it! I mean, I understand a global pandemic & all...but if your windfall takes you from a wealth of ~$45 Billion to $200 Billion in 6 months & your company well over a $Trillion, you mean to tell me the outfit I ordered for my daughter can't meet the standard 2-day shipping of the preceding 2 decades...?!

Given the same access to resources, I think that would likely even turn Stalin's stomach... Anyhow, the service has gone bad! Americans... there's not much we can do; that's obvious. BUT! To the rest of the World! Don't be fooled. Amazon's shipping has taken a turn for the worse. The price might be there, just make sure you've got the time to wait for Amazon's "logistics."

Overall, I'd say I am not inclined to recommend Amazon.com.

Excelente, jamás he tenido problemas con Amazon. Lo mejor de Smile.amazon.com es que por cada compra que hago, le donan una pequeña cantidad de mi caridad favorita. Le estpy donando a una que ayuda a los animales. Los únicas dos veces que he tenido que contactar a soporte técnico, las dos veces me atendieron muy bien, me contestaron de inmediato, muy amables y me hicieron de inmediato el reembolso de mi dinero. Siempre que puedo, todo lo que compro en el exterior lo compro en Amazon. Y los precios son bastante buenos.

During checkout (even before completing my order/purchase) my account got suspended. Apparently there was suspicious activity on my account because I changed my address according to a Mr. Raj. I simply have no time to take things slow. I moved and needed a product. I am ordering from another continent from the seller. There will be payment delays as well as customs delays after this.
They are not going to solve this any soon perhaps never. Zero concerns from their side about people using this as median.
Please, just stop making things hard for the customers AND sellers. Not even going to start on packaging states and exchange rates!

Amazon take my money on Wednesday and promise delivery Sunday. Shanda you’re arrives and no delivery, no email. I have to log in to Amazon, and chase my order. There is a very vague message saying “delivery not possible and refund in 5 to 7 business days! “ Nothing here is a good user experience or fair. Amazon take my money for 12 days and deliver nothing. Great business rip off. Then Amazon cannot be bothered to either email the buyer nor give a clear reason for the lack of delivery. All in all very very poor business from Amazon, on behalf of the supplier (who I can’t contact directly) or for the buyer who gets ripped off. When I complain, Amazon inform me it will take two business days to respond. My feeling. AMAZON HAVE RIPPED ME OFF AND DONT RESPECT THE CONSUMER EXPERIENCE OR THE SELLERS THEY REPRESENT. Awful experience.

Amazon.com has a multitude of products and 90% of the time, fast delivery here in Southern California. I would use them any day of the week.
Delivery varies hugely on location so ask them what they can do for you.

I have bought 4 items now.

First 2 orders. I got a message from my courrier that they cancelled my orders. I then contacted them to hear why, and they could see the package was damaged. They checked the inside.... it was empty. they literally didnt send anything but empty boxes, twice. 3rd time i bought something, they kept contacting me in german and asked how i would rate them, and thank god i checked google translate because one of the mails told me they cancelled the order because my payment was incorrect, but they already took my money. On Amazon it said they tried to deliver the item but it was cancelled so how could they? I then wanted to do a refund on a cancelled item i never recieved because my 350$ is still flying around somewhere and i have not heard from them.

4th time. I finally got my product but i was also the cheapest of them all.

A 75% problem rate is not good. will never recommend Amazon.

I love shopping on AmazonSmile. I always get my orders in a week or so and the items have always been true to their descriptions. I love how they donate a small portion to a charity whenever you order! It makes me feel good about splurging. So make sure you shop at smile.amazon.com instead so you can donate too!

I love shopping at Amazon because any time I have ever had a problem their customer service has always been great about fixing the issue. Whether it's damaged merchandise and needing a refund to needing to know about a product. Because I have over the years had to deal several times with damaged merchandise from other seller's and a few but not many from Amazon themself and Amazon has always helped me as I said with getting a refund or replacement which never I asked for, keep up your good work and make the world a stress free place to shop.

if you go too amazon.com and purchase something come to find out they sent you the wrong thing A through Z guarantee it no good on this no moor if it pass the delivery date you out of that money I know it happened to me
