Just want to say that i live in Nepal and Australia, i understand the buddhist community pretty well and have been to bhutan and know many bhutanese .... so it was a bit suprising to get this treatment.
I made an order for incense at $148 USD .... I use this for pratice because I am a student of drukpa lineage and i need incense for various things. So I made the order and nothing happened witin a few days of the order .... so I sent an email ask what is the ETA .... the first email simply said the incense isnt available and they will let me know when its available with tracking .... the email was very short and to the point, not very friendly but okay ... its the first time talk so lets see what happens.

months later ... nothing ... again email them ... same reply, communications for poor customer service and very later order.

months later ... nothing ... again email them ... same reply.

So right away, their website is false as the item isnt in stock, and it doesnt say on backorder ....

months later ... nothing ... again email them ... same reply, communications for poor customer service and very later order. they refuse to provide ETA or refund or engage is any resolution.

months later ... nothing ... again email them ... same reply, no way to deal with them.

So we can only make our own opinions about these people, they are scammers and have no intention of fulfilling the order or they are massively incompetent people who cannot run a modern internet business, either way im left with no incense, money gone, and a negative feeling from being treated like I do not matter.

Im pretty sure this is a scam site, they take orders then blame stock or shipping problems .... avoid at all costs using this site.

As an IT expert myself Im going to go out of my way now to leave a litany of bad reviews everywhere for this company, and when I spend time with people in the Drukpa centers around the world I will be sure to slag this company off to as many people as possible when I have the opportunity.

I have purchased cordycep green tea from the store at Thimpu. The packet mentioned sachets but loose leaves are packed inside

Shocking, I placed an order and paid for an order which I have never received. When I followed up on the order I was informed if I paid a further US$30 it would be sent via a certain transportation, however, I paid for postage in the original order and refuse to pay extra and have no guarantee I will then receive the goods.
I decided not to make a further payment and have never received my order or any other form of communication, other than the emails generated my end.

Placed an order on 12th June, today is 15th Aug still product not received nor any proper reply.

I have not received my order. Druksell's confirmation wrote I would receive a notification of the shipment. That notification of shipment has not yet occurred and it is now 2 months later. Needless to say the items have not yet arrived. Please let me know the status of my order, specifically whether it has been shipped or not.

I loved the products there.Wanted a specific mask which I was assured I would be given details over email I wasn't. Now that I have ordered for a different one and also paid for it I am getting no order updates
