Don’t reply customer service
The trouble with these type of company’s they hide behind a wall of e mail /chat 24/7 but you can’t get an answer where is my fireplace. If it’s not coming let me know and I’ll get it else where . Worst customer service ever .

The fire is excellent
The fire is excellent, looks really really good in our new media wall unit.
Jessica from the service team is excellent, we were having difficulties with the logistics company and their lack of communication. She intervened and got our delivery sorted before we went on holiday.
If I had 1 criticism it is only with Wingkai Logistics. 80% of their ratings are 1 star, which tells a story. Please use a well known carrier and pass on that additional cost to customers, the fires are cheap enough to warrant it

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. I purchased a fire to go into a media wall and it was delivered damaged. They said they would replace the product, which all sounded great. It was collected and then I was informed my replacement fire had been dispatched. Then I was informed the courier had sent my replacement fire back to the supplier by mistake and it would be with my in 3 days. I have now received an email this fire is damaged and no longer in stock. I have built a media wall to specifications on the fire that I purchased. This has been going on for almost two months.
