Delivered very quickly after ordering
Delivered very quickly after ordering. Everything as expected and very well packaged. The ceramic fire logs are not as effective as i hoped and will need some additional pieces.

Excellent product shame about the courier service
Excellent product, marked down due to the courier company they used. Had to chase the delivery company who were rude and unhelpful. Then spoke to smallbee who sorted the issue out.

I would definitely recommend this company.
The delivery was faster than I expected — I honestly thought it would take longer, but they were very quick. When I had a small issue with the product, I emailed them, and Jessica relied back to to me & went out of her way to help me. I did not think they would be able to help. , but she responded promptly and sorted everything out for me.
I am so grateful for her support — she was extremely helpful, polite, and replied really quickly throughout. Great service all round!

Don’t reply customer service
The trouble with these type of company’s they hide behind a wall of e mail /chat 24/7 but you can’t get an answer where is my fireplace. If it’s not coming let me know and I’ll get it else where . Worst customer service ever .
