I’ve been using these guys for years for my mouthguards. I sent them an impression that my dentist made around 5 years ago which they keep it in stock for me and I just re-order when I need more and they make from the same impression. I’ve never had a problem with them so was surprised to see so many negative reviews on here. I’ve always found there customer service and products to be of a very high standard. The cost for 2 mouthguards has increased a lot lately though which is a disappointment, I think £90 for 2 mouthguards is very expensive, if it goes up much more I may have to look elsewhere.
I have nothing but praise for this company. Their customer service is exemplary. When there was an issue with the Royal Mail delivery, they were helpful and efficient with tracking the parcel down, resolving the problem and fast tracking my order - all with good humour and a friendly manner. The bite guard I received is first-class and a fraction of the price from dentist.
Final edit. If you needed any more evidence. They returned my money but no the cost of delivery! How ironic considering it was never delivered. Also let’s be really clear here,ILLEGAL. As it was never delivered Sleep pro are responsible for the postage. Not me. The only words for this company would not get published here.
2nd edit for clarity and as I am less stressed. Although still having a worsening of my symptoms days later due to this situation (yes that’s happens). The first email I sent sleep pro detailing the situation and its impact on me was sent at 11.50 am. An hour later I got an email that said ‘congratulations your item has been delivered’. This is the point that I devolved and simply demanded a refund. It might well have been an automated email. But it was factually incorrect. Legal responsibility for any package remains with the sender until the person receiving it actually has it in their possession. So it being dropped two miles away is the exact opposite of delivered. As I had already contacted them to say it was not delivered to receive an email stating the incorrect exact opposite an hour later absolutely triggered me. However I still was not rude. Simply indignant and flatly demanded a refund. As I simply didn’t have the energy to fight about it. And sleep pro still chose to ignore all correspondence but that one. Bit still didn’t not respond for several more hours. later that night they emailed me at 9.45 PM on Friday night again being very rude, so I blocked them. As that is inappropriate. Now I have admitted my shortcomings and that I can absolutely be reactionary sure to my diagnosis’s and poor health. What’s their accuse? They have not offered one. But they have acted unprofessionally, inappropriately and rude themselves.
EDIT: and now sleep pro are accusing me of lying! DPD DID NOT TRY TO DELIVER! They do this ALL THE TIME. They just take the entire estates packages to a shop miles away. I WAS IN. I am sadly always in. And yes I only gave them a few hours to respond. That’s would be because after being gas lit by DPD for an hour I was extremely stressed waiting for

I am neuro divergent, disabled, in constant pain and exhaustion, someone telling me I am lying is something that I will always massively and instantly react to in a huge way very stressed out way So no not changing this ‘scathing review’ as I would have done had you bothered to put yourself in my shoes and show some
EMPATHY. I absolutely made You aware of how ill I was and how much this situation had stressed me out, and the fact I am disabled and housebound. But you choose to ignore that. And instead judge me by your own abled bodied neuro typical standards. Instead of taking a moment to try to understand. Congratulations. Wonderful company.

Said they have delivered but have not. DPD lied and said they tried to but I am housebound so literally always here! Now the package is miles away and i am not physically able to collect. I have emailed them but they have ignored me. DPD say that the sender has to sort it out. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ableist and classist. Or at least they use a delivery service that is and don’t take any responsibility for it.

I urgently needed a new snore guard, but thought I had left it too late to get a new one before my wife and I went away. However, I was wrong - I spoke to Sarah and the next day, my new snore guard was delivered.

Placed my order on 8 October 2023, received an email on 11 October to say that my item had been delivered. Except, it hadn't. I haven't received anything. I have emailed the company twice, and had no response. I have phoned them, but no one answers and the line rings out. There really is no excuse for having such poor customer service. Things go wrong sometimes, and things go missing sometimes, it happens. But to ignore customers' emails and be uncontactable is really poor. Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund.
So far very unreliable, Goods not delivered and in process of getting full refund. Will let you know how I get on. (I in fact, think it’s the dreadful delivery service they use).
Today I went back to the ‘designated’ place of delivery and parcel was there. Post Office told me only arrived today.
I did not designate this place of delivery. DPD are at fault and I will be making a complaint.

I purchased the mouth guard. Material is of very poor quality, it doesn’t mould well, it’ll feel rough and uncomfortable to tongue touch. The piece is very small, it cover half of upper teeth.
I contacted customer service twice, no response.
Shame, I wanted a UK product for a change. It was a complete waste of money and disappointment.
Doesn’t fit for purposes, Breaches customer law.
Recieved my night guard today and it fits perfectly, thankyou so much.

Awful. Emails bounce back undelivered, never answer phone. Feel like they just stole my money. The product is not what I thought I ordered. Won't use again as they are uncontactable
Excellent - the product (night guard for bruxism - fits like a glove), communication and service, just excellent - thank you. Highly recommended.
Can't fault this company. Ordered the bruxism nightguard from them twice now. The product is top quality for less than 1/3 the price you'd pay at the dentist's. Came back fitting my teeth perfectly after I returned the moulds and lasted two years. Just ordered again and the communication and delivery were spot on. They give you a good discount if you misplace it or need spares as well.

I suffer with chronic pain mainly due to a shifted jaw and after a lot of help and assistance from Paul I can't recommend Paul and the team at Sleep Pro enough. They've been so helpful to me and really have taken the time to get my mouthguard adjusted and to where I need it so that it helps with my pain and that it helps me and allows me to live with a bit more of a pain free life. Thanks again Paul you've been great. Ross

Ordered a 1.5mm gum shield. Order took longer than expected but this was due to Christmas and postal strikes. Product was of good quality so ordered a second 2.5mm gum shield and delivered no problem. Others haven’t had a good experience but I have to say I have nothing negative to say.

I have received the lower teeth guard only and I am extremely satisfied with this product! It is very comfortable and high quality, in the morning I hardly feel it is there!
Previous other products have made my gums sore, and I would usually take it off in the middle of the night because it was so painful..
I noticed some people have rated the product negatively, but I would say it might be a problem of doing the initial impression itself. I had to order an extra kit as the first impression I made was suboptimal. So my only criticism would be perhaps sending 2 kits in case one goes wrong, or advising customers of the the likelihood of such event.
I am so happy I have ordered the upper teeth as well, so I can alternate and see which I prefer. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awful, ordered top and bottom retainers. Bumps all over the moulds, can’t even get them on my top teeth. Managed to get them on bottom teeth and they are so painful, feel like they are squeezing my teeth. Couldn’t wear them for more than a few hours but then as they are not cut around the teeth they are VERY difficult to get off resulting in cutting my gums. £80 completely wasted, don’t bother and go to dentist for retainers.
Purchased Meditas mouthguard. The type that needed to be softened in hot water. I truly believe this was a joke. It was not made of the correct material. I sent a photo of the product, but obviously nobody cares. I checked out the clinic... I got someone's home address! I know they claim some people have given 5 stars for their products, I don't believe this! Apparently, I must return it to receive a refund! I guarantee i will not hear from 'Meditas'. I wouldn't be so foolish as to pay postage to return this junk. In reality NO STARS awarded!
I received my mouth guard after waiting forever and it doesn't even stay in my mouth it looses suction and falls out i ordered the 3mm version because the pictures of ot show it fitting snug to teeth and not much excess bit I cant even close my mouth with it in im so disappointed it just falls straight out Its not what the picture shows and I haven't been replied to
They collect the money without performing the service in full. They do not answer phones and do not answer emails.
On 11.05.2022 I ordered Night Guard Buy 1 get 1 half price Second night guard from same impression. I paid £ 73.48. A few days later, the shipment arrived in an incomplete set. The shipment was poorly packed only in a plastic bag and the tray was missing. Without the tray, it is impossible for me to make an impression. Several emails followed, asking them to send me the missing tray or return my money. I received automatic replies that they received my emails and nothing more happened from there. I also could not contact them by phone.
That is, I paid a lot of money and did not receive the requested service. So far I have no answer from them.
Avoid. Apparently they can't process all the orders. Now I will have to waste my time filing a complaint.
Product and customer service excellent, reliable, flexible not cheap but I have slept better in last few weeks that I have for years. I would strongly recommend this company.
