From start to finish the service has been impeccable. It did take me some time to actually do the impressions from the time I bought the kit as my ill fitting bridge kept my gap bigger than its original size and I had to keep using it as my job is customer facing. While off work I finally did the impressions and the first one was not great but the second one was accepted and I’ve sent off my kit and received my missing tooth retainer in less than a week! It fits perfectly, is comfortable and looks very natural - I love it and I’m so impressed! I will be using it until my bone graft fuses for the next few months while I wait for my implant to be fitted. Throughout the process the communication and support has been very helpful, in particular from Micheal and Andrew T. - super fast replies. Top notch company! Highly recommend.

Excellent company ! My retainers broke and they were able to send new ones really quickly and communicated very well. Michael in particular was excellent and really kind, as well as all the other staff I spoke to. Really appreciate the service and definitely recommend!

My impressions trays kit arrived today, I couldn’t wait to put them in and I’m so so happy, the trays fitted perfectly! you could legit see a huge difference of using the whitening gel after one go. Bare in mind I’ve used all sorts of whitening strips in the past that either irritated my gums and teeth, whilst only seeing a whitening difference after multiple uses.

My process time was really smooth, sent them off the trays on Monday, received them Friday morning, with updates along the way. When sending the photos of the impressions to WhatsApp, the responses were super quick. 👍

Want to give a shout out to Brian and Jade for the process along the journey they super quick with support or responses. I actually order the kit over a month ago but couldn’t do the impressions straight away as I had to get a big filling done on one of my teeth, so was really worried venneir weren’t going to except the impressions for my long wait. but spoke to Brian from the team and he reassured me to take my time, have the filling done and send the impressions. The support along the way is a breath of fresh air, you can tell they want to help the customers.

Got to give flowers to a company that are delivering a product that works, legit this is a hack from spending hundreds of pounds just to get your teeth whitened. I almost don’t want to tell anyone so i can keep the secret to myself but I don’t think il help myself from blabbering about it.

I had four missing teeth at front,I had been cementing them in for a good while but they weren’t holding up and had take them out especially when eating,I was very self conscious,then today I have just received my missing tooth retainer and I am overjoyed at how fantastic they are,in fact they are perfect,they look so natural,I’m so glad I went with venneir,they have done an amazing job,if I could have gave them ten stars I would have,would highly recommend,thanks so much venneir

Have my Clip ins a year now and still very happy with them.

Currently on about a re-order for myself, and first time order for 2 family members and so far Tommy is making the process very straight forward like I had with my first order.

I ordered retainer with top arch and it was pretty spot on, good grip. The clip on venneer was shockingly fake looking. The fit was good and the home impression process was good but the final product wasn't what I was hoping for.

So retainers are good, venners..dont expect realism

I ordered two sets of upper and lower retainers from Venneir, costing £179.93 in total, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

Both retainers caused significant gum irritation, making them uncomfortable and ultimately unusable. When I contacted Venneir, they offered to amend them to a scalloped version. However, I specifically chose full coverage retainers for their strength and long-term effectiveness, so this was not an acceptable solution. Scalloped retainers simply do not provide the same level of retention.

As a result, I’ve had to order a completely new set from another supplier, which is an added and unnecessary expense.

I spoke with Cameron, a Team Leader at Venneir, over the phone, and was told that I would not be eligible for a refund because the retainers are custom made. I find this completely unreasonable given that the product I received is not fit for use. On top of that, Cameron was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the conversation.

I’ve now been left out of pocket for something I cannot use and have had to replace elsewhere. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the transaction and will also be raising a formal complaint.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great process so far. Charlotte helped to guide me through making the impression and seemed to work well after the 6pm stopping time. Will send my impressions tomorrow and hope to get good fitting retainers.

Charlotte was very helpful and kind, the responses were quick and they helped me go through a step to step to make it easier to do my impressions, would recommend!

I found the customer service to be efficient and helpful, during the process of getting impressions made and using WhatsApp and most recently with email follow up questions about after care of my teeth post whitening. Brian was particularly supportive via email, answering my question thoroughly. Makes such a difference to deal with a human and not an AI bot. Thank you!

I am changing review from 1 star to 4 stars as I have just had Cameron call me directly so resolve. Very polite and helpful and resolved with refund. Thank you Cameron. Dpd still let it down. But good resolution.

I had a query regarding the displacement of my 3D scans, and Charlotte was incredibly responsive in assisting me. She replied almost immediately with a clear and effective solution. Thanks to her support, my issue was resolved promptly, and I felt reassured knowing that all my questions and concerns were addressed.

Horror story! do not purchase! Firstly the process is extremely long, you’re better off going to your dentist trust me!! Customer service is not helpful. If you’re not ready to spend hours creating it do not bother. I sent it off and it came back, the retainers don’t fit, not even the width of my mouth. Waste of money !
