The devices works great. A little hard to get used to at first with jaw soreness, but certainly has reduced my snoring where I don’t get kicked anymore. One of the devices separated between the tray and the guide plate. I contacted customer care and Patricia was quick to respond and replace with a new device. I would recommend this product

I was impressed of the simplicity and immediately loved how comfortable and super easy to clean it is. It's not bulky compared to the other ones that I've used where you wouldn't want anyone to see your face when wearing it because it's so bulky. I also love the way it hinges open instead of slipping off your teeth/mould like the others because they're all locked vertically. I was almost dissappointed because the glue holding the mould to the base plate came off after 2 weeks but they replaced it.

It’s very uncomfortable and falls out during the night. I really wanted it to work. Waste of money.

In love with Zcomfort! Really made a huge difference to my sleep and my partners sleep as well! I will be purchasing more! Really recommend

Claimed that item was supposedly left in a safe place by Royal Mail!! Item is nowhere to been seen,I was at home on the day the item was supposedly delivered yet received no knock at the door.Also I had received a email to say item had been delivered.In the process of trying to get a refund which I proving to be hard work..

Horrible, delayed in delivery, no update from the team. nearly a month of placing the order and i still dont have the order (#226027). I called their delivery partner and they told me the hold up is from zcomfort team as a new traking number needs to be issues so please dont give excuses about the delivery partner or the political condition cause they have been working and resuming work.

Ordered the product over 2 weeks and my order still not prepared or shipped. Sent messages to the company- no answer. Looks like I would not see either my money or the product.

My experience with this company is so very good ! My first order was lost so I had lots of interaction with Patricia , she was absolutely amazing ! The best customer service by far ever ! Thanks so much for the prompt responses Patricia Sinclair !

These mouth guards are great and genuinely work, I've tried a few and these are by far the most comfortable. I was left slightly disappointed when the first mouth guard had an issue where the gel layer started to fall apart a few weeks after using.

I got in contact with their customer support and Patricia was a great help. She assured me that this should be a one off issue and a replacement mouth guard was quickly sent out.

I look forward to using these again and I'm hopeful the issue won't reoccur.

Not Zcomfort branded mouth piece. Received a generic branded mouthpiece which is available on Amazon for much cheaper. Have asked for refund.

I followed instructions given to me but this mouthguard kept falling off my teeth before bed and when lying down. I received a second item and it did the same. not a pleasant experience.

As with most online purchases, claims about their products, services and return policies are more likely to be exaggerated. Fortunately, this wasn't my experience with ZComfort. The Company backed its commitment to its product performance, and especially the support I received from Patricia Sinclair
ZComfort Support Team was friendly, seamless, and stress-free, even though ZComfort didn't meet my expectations during the 30-day trial. Patricia understood that I was motivated to transition from my CPAP machine to a simpler, less cumbersome device, so she offered another option to keep my ZComfort, with the aim of optimising my results without any time pressure. In addition, Patricia offered me to select one of three products, delivered to my door free of charge, to show their commitment. I could not have asked for more. Thank you

Scam!!! The money was deducted from my account. But no order confirmation was being sent. I tired several times to reach out to them but no response at all.

I was a CPAP machine user for nearly 20 years, and I thought I would give one of these mouthguards a try to see if it would suit me, and it did. I have not used my CPAP machine for nearly 6 months now, and I feel absolutely fine.

Great product! I've Been using other snoring devices, but this is the first one that really works. Feeling in the morning is much more refreshed and family says I'm not snoring anymore. Thank you so much!🫶🏻👍🏻
