Good comparison of various goods. Easy to browse and order. However, delivery depends to their partnership with ACS courier services in Greece who are moderate

Delivery was estimated between about October 18th and 22nd. It arrived on the 8th!!!!

I was a loyal and long-standing Skroutz customer for over 10 years, with an impeccable purchasing history and no previous issues. Throughout that time, I had been highly satisfied with the platform, particularly with its after-sales customer service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has exposed a deeply unacceptable approach to customer treatment, accountability and transparency.
My latest order never arrived at the designated Skroutz hub. Instead of conducting a fair, impartial and thorough investigation, Skroutz treated my claims with suspicion, effectively accusing me of dishonesty and misrepresentation regarding the delivery. My repeated requests for clear explanations and a satisfactory resolution were ignored and I was never provided with the substantiated answers I explicitly demanded. The handling of this case gave me serious grounds to question whether Skroutz was prioritising the interests of its courier partner, ACS, over its obligations to its own customer.
To make matters considerably worse, Skroutz subsequently blocked my access to the platform, despite my having an active, paid subscription for which I have not received a refund. I was also denied access to my own confidential personal data, raising serious concerns regarding the company's compliance with its obligations under applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.
I formally appealed this decision, challenging what I consider to be an arbitrary, disproportionate and unjustified course of action. Nevertheless, Skroutz has maintained its position without providing the transparency, accountability, or substantive explanations that such a serious matter demands.
After more than a decade of customer loyalty, this is how Skroutz has chosen to treat me: by disregarding my concerns, denying me meaningful answers, terminating my access to a paid service and obstructing my access to my personal data.
This conduct is unacceptable. Customer loyalty does not justify unilateral treatment without accountability and a company's commercial interests cannot override its legal obligations. I reserve all rights available to me under applicable consumer protection and data protection legislation and will consider pursuing the appropriate formal remedies to protect my interests.
I strongly advise prospective customers to consider carefully how Skroutz handles disputes when something goes wrong. A company's true commitment to customer service is not demonstrated when transactions proceed smoothly, but when it is required to investigate a complaint fairly, provide evidence based answers and take responsibility for its decisions. In my case, Skroutz has failed on every one of these fronts.

They claimed that they were unable to deliver, as I supposedly wasn't there, but they never came to deliver to the correct address. They only know their own skroutz boxes. Anything else is too complicated for them.

Purchased in orange and green, delivered in white and lilac.

The product is coming really fast, in few days I got the package from a Skroutz point near my house. The shoes were a bit smaller for me and I got replaced it in a short time, less then a week. Really good services!

Honestly worst delivery provider i experienced in my life. Unfortunately majority of items in skroutz are now handled by skroutz last mile instead of other delivery methods. You make an order from Greece to Cyprus and takes 3 weeks. I ordered shipments from china that arrive faster than that.

Their support chat, directs you to a bot that simply refuses to connect to a real person, and when it does you receive even more useless responses.
