No communication whatsoever! I had a problem with a product I bought and I needed to talk about it with a representative, all I got was a bot! Trying to send a mail, no answer at all, I finally found a phone number but nobody answered and at the end of the phone call, I was assured that someone was going to call me cause all the lines are busy. Of course that "someone" was again a bot!Very bad customer service, I think I will go to other selling platforms

Αγόρασα προϊόν (σταθερό υπολογιστή )που μου παραδόθηκε ελαττωματικό αξίας σχεδόν χιλίων ευρώ . Αφού ταλαιπωρήθηκα αφάνταστα να το επιστρέψω καθώς δεν λειτουργούσε , κι ενώ μετά κόπων και βασάνων επεστράφη και μου ακύρωσαν οι ίδιοι την παραγγελία καθώς διαπίστωσαν πως όντως ήταν ελαττωματικό, είδα σήμερα ότι οι δόσεις στην πιστωτική μου κάρτα συνεχίζουν να χρεώνονται κανονικά. Προσπαθώ εδώ και δύο ώρες να επικοινωνήσω αυτό που συμβαίνει και μιλάω με bot. Δεν υπάρχει καμία δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας με άνθρωπο. Τώρα θεωρητικα το αίτημα μου μεταφέρθηκε μέσω mail. Η όλη διαδικασία παράδοσης καιβεπιστροφής του υπολογιστή διήρκεσε σχεδόν ένα μήνα. Μιλάμε για μια εταιρεία εντελώς απρόσωπη που σε οδηγεί στην παράνοια σε περίπτωση προβλήματος, τώρα λοιπόν συνεχίζω να πληρώνω το προϊόν που επεστράφη και αναμένω να βρω άκρη με τα bot

Everything was normal, directly delivery to the office.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Delivery Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Skroutz when ordering food for my cat.

Since I wasn’t home at the time of delivery, my parcel was taken to a parcel shop in another city. According to the tracking information, I had 7 days to collect my parcel, but in reality, I was given only one day. Even worse, the tracking showed that the parcel was already being returned on the same day it was supposedly available for collection.

I also received no email notification or message informing me about the parcel’s location, its collection deadline, or its return.

As a result, my order was sent back, and I was left without food for my cat. Pet food is not an ordinary purchase that can simply be postponed; animals depend on us to provide their daily meals.

I find this entire experience unacceptable. Customers should receive accurate tracking information, reasonable collection deadlines, and proper notifications about their deliveries.

I hope Skroutz takes this complaint seriously and improves its delivery service so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

I would appreciate a proper explanation and a solution to this situation.

i send it back and skroutz told me that the refund it could be in 10 working days
thats a joke one star for me and never ever again order from skroutz
