Terrible experience – Worst customer service and delivery ever
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using this service. The shipping and delivery of my products was an absolute disaster. The package was significantly delayed with zero updates, and when it finally arrived, the handling was completely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the customer support is non-existent. Whenever I tried to reach out to resolve the issue, I was met with automated responses, unhelpful agents, and long waiting times. They clearly do not care about their customers once they take your money.
I highly recommend avoiding this service unless you want to waste your time, money, and patience. I will definitely not be buying from them again.

I placed an order solely because the platform explicitly promised delivery on the very next day, as I needed the product urgently. On the day of the expected delivery, I was informed that the item hadn't even been picked up from the merchant yet.
With this practice, Skroutz essentially traps the consumer. When you need something urgently, you don't have the luxury of time to cancel the order, wait for a refund, and start the whole process over again on another website. They hold you hostage, cause unjustified delays, and simply do whatever suits them best, all while claiming they can serve you instantly. Of course, there is absolutely no compensation for the customer's inconvenience and misleading expectations. Unacceptable service based on false promises.

The product is as described. My son is very happy with it. The delivery was good.

Unreliable and misleading! Delivery dates change repeatedly after purchase, commitments are not met, and customer service fails to provide clear answers. Skroutz even rejected my review. Extremely disappointing experience. I do not recommend them.

Exactly what I was looking for! The item description was accurate and informative, ordering and payment went smoothly, and delivery was on time. All in all, a good experience!

Honestly the absolute worst online platform I've ever used. The search function is useless, and the delivery has been appalling. I moved into a new apartment a few months ago so have made quite a number of purchases and every single one that I have had delivered to my house has had issues. The only part that seems to work is the locker system, but even that seems to be going down hill in the last few weeks with fewer and fewer spaces available. The customer service is also severely lacking. Trying to speak to a human is almost impossible - you go round and round with their AI system - and when you finally do speak to someone that seem to be purposely obtuse about what the issue is.

Fast delivery. Smooth communication. Product as advertised.

I don't even know how companies get away with making it practically impossible to reach customer support but I'm done with this trend.

Never using Skroutz ever again. Canceling my subscription, deleting my account and will be recommending against it.

Unacceptable Customer Service and Excessive Delays

My return requests for two devices were rejected without any reasonable explanation, even though I was still within the return period stated by Skroutz.

Additionally, delivery delays are excessive. I have been waiting for over a week for my order, which still hasn’t arrived, and I haven’t received any notification email regarding the delay. I have to check the app myself just to find out what’s happening with my order.

As for customer service… one thing is certain: I did not receive any meaningful assistance whatsoever.

I will not be using Skroutz again, and I certainly would not recommend it to others.
