Ανησύχησα λίγο όταν πήρα ηλεκτρονικά την απόδειξη στην οποία αναγραφόταν άλλο, σχετικό προϊόν.
Παρέλαβα όμως αυτό που παρήγγειλα.

Unacceptable response to my issue. They block your IP address, preventing you from paying in installments, using security concerns and allegedly incomplete payments as an excuse. They effectively force you to use Skroutz Wallet and EveryPay instead.
Meanwhile, they are the ones responsible for delivery delays, even when it comes to healthcare products that you urgently need — and it certainly doesn’t stop there!

Update: My installment payment options have now been restored. However, repeated order cancellations apparently led to my IP address being blocked, without any prior warning. Why aren't customers notified that repeated cancellations could result in their IP address being blocked and prevent them from paying in installments? A simple warning would give customers the opportunity to understand the consequences and avoid this situation.

Customers deserve transparency and clear communication.

It used to be great but ever since they've changed their customer/order support to being completely handled by their own AI, i will not be preferring it for online orders.
Not because they use AI, but because their new system to handle issues with orders is so absolutely TERRIBLE.
I ordered a new gaming chair listed as available on october 6th with an estimated delivery of october 23rd.
The chair has been listed as delivered to the courier warehouse of my city ever since October 8th.

Their new AI system does not give me any phones or allow me to talk with an actual person. It does not know why theres a delay and only offers me to cancel my order if i cant wait. I couldnt find ANY phones for the actual courier and only AFTER doing some digging and calling a different department of that courier was a person kind enough to give me another number which lead to being redirected to numerous other people till someone finally gave me the appropriate number for my city because in their systems it seemed that the chair was delivered to my city's HUB.

So all good i spoke with them and got my chair right?
NOPE. The lady who i spoke with who was very nice and extremely helpful looked into it and apparently somewhere along the line the chair is actually out of stock and someone along that chain of command or whatever knew it cuz in their systems it was listed as out of stock.

So i ask skroutz's new support system "is it possible this is out of stock?" Its like Nope!

ALL of this could have been avoided if they just had an actual person able to handle issues with orders instead of switching to this USELESS AI enabled thing that the only thing it can do is cancel your order. Because of this i will not be ordering again from skroutz unless the order is of very little importance and if i can pay when/if the item is actually delivered.

Three times in a row (different items), no delivery. No communication. My advice do'nt order here anymore.

I purchased Oil heating radiator. It arrived fast, but I received used radiator, there are scratches on few places on the radiator, also wheels are scratched too, also the electrical cable is with broken plastic bag at his end. It is working, but I ordered new one, not used. That is why the rating is lower.
