Such a great, personalised service! My hubby got vouchers for his birthday for new ski boots. Booked an appointment online and came away smiling like a Cheshire Cat with perfect comfortable, moulded boots. The attention to detail whilst fitting them is incredible.
I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in skiing or boarding, whatever your level!

I found Ski Exchange (‘SE’) online when searching for Stocklis having tested them end of season in the Alps (first new pair in 20+ yrs). Purchased them online and had good comms with Andy. Had an opportunity to collect today and make a trip of it based on where we live (2hrs + each way). Due to snapped Achilles from an impromptu game of touch rugby April’25, my boot liner needed adjusting too.
Greeted by Simon and colleague at midday and the service, boot fitting knowledge, ski knowledge, were all excellent. Have NEVER had anything like it and rare in the UK. Genuinely feel like I have met the ‘Ski Boot Whisperer’.

This company went above and beyond to fulfil a last minute order. They set up the skis for my son for his birthday and dispatched them the same day when I was let down by another retailer. The product knowledge over the phone was fantastic. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

The guys there are very professional and know what they are doing. I also felt that I had a good and honest conversation regarding products, rather than the purpose of selling. They recommended products that are at my skill level and I felt comfortable with, rather than the most expensive on the shelf. The chap who helped me with my boots was James and I thank him for his support and integrity.

Andy who helped me find my replacement boots was superb. The fitting, checking and general help was fist class and they even checked the new boots in my ski bindings to be sure they were a perfect lock. Value was reasonable too. Would highly recommend and will be back again for my family’s ski equipment.
