Top Marks for ski exchange. Simon helped with my daughter’s choice of ski’s. We were missing a crucial piece of information. Millimetre length of boot which was overseas. Once we had a photo of this they fitted the bindings to the skis and shipped the skis to us. Lucy assisted in my helmet fitting guiding me asking which goggles I have so the helmet sat better with them. We have bought ski boots from ski Exchange a few years ago. Fantastic service.

I had already had a boot fitting a few months ago undertaken by Simon and was very impressed by the service and his knowledge. At the same time I obtained a new pair of skis, for which again I was grateful for Simon’s insights.

Based on my previous experience I visited Ski Exchange again with my wife and son. Both required new ski boots. Simon served them and once more his friendly service, attention to detail and knowledge was very impressive. None of us had ever received such an in-depth and thorough fitting service.

J’ai reçu ma commande sans problème mais des frais de ports assez élevés…cependant personne ne m y a obligée, je les connaissais en la validant, par contre j ai eu 72 euros de frais de douane… ( obligée de les payer car c était un cadeau et j étais en retard) mentionnés nulle part… j ai écris au site qui ne m a jamais répondu…. Voilà une belle façon de se faire piéger… première et dernière commande pour ma part!

Ordered a couple of plates for the ski simulator pro on Thursday for delivery end of next week.

Got a text Saturday morning, at 10am to say the ordered had been bumped up to Saturday at which point a van arrived and the package was delivered.

The simulator pro is BTW unbelievable and gotta be the best exercise machine out there. Most of us can only ski for 3 to 5 days a year using muscle groups we never use and after day 2 dont we know it! Middle day "site seeing"! This machine will ensure you are 25/26 ready!

Simon was really helpful in repairing the buckles on some old ski boots and helping me get my touring set up sorted.
He was really knowledgable about the skis and was really accommodating to fit touring bindings to the skis I’d bought and all for a really great price. Thanks again to the team and I will definitely be back.

I’ve been skiing for years and after a break (my then partner didn’t have any interest…) decided the time was right to invest in some new equipment! Just the best experience! Everyone was happy to chat and find out what I wanted/needed, without any pressure. Skis purchased and I’ll be back next year for some new boots, along with my daughter for her very first pair.
