I had an amazing time doing pilates led by Heaven's Touch Therapy! It was my first time ever for a friend's birthday celebration. It was so fun and there were very clear explanations to ensure there was no injury during the session. I felt so good after! A great experience for my first time. Would recommend Heaven's Touch to everyone!!

Wow! Riana was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and mindful of the different bodies in the class. She was intentional about teaching us the proper practice of Pilates which helped support us throughout the session. I will definitely be back. Thank you Riana! 🎉

I’ve been to two Heaven’s Touch Therapy classes and both were so amazing, so informative and really felt like I learned how to engage my core which has been so important being so far into postpartum. Love, love, love! Will definitely be searching out more of her classes.

I had an amazing first experience at Heaven’s Touch Therapy. I was really looking forward to my first mat Pilates session, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Rianna made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the doors. She was supportive, encouraging, and clearly passionate about what she does. Rianna is interactive, encouraging & allows you to go at your own pace. Great class, friendly energy from other attendees.

I totally recommend Heaven Touch Therapy Pilates classes on Thursdays. I had a fantastic experience for my first time doing pilates and will be continuing this on a weekly basis.

Rianna is amazing and very thorough in explaining each movement. The class is intimate and all at the same level, Rianna also provides different levels to each exercise if you feel like you want to challenge yourself. For someone who has never done any Pilates before I have definitely seen the benefits in the exercises, this has provided me to feel more free and loose in day to day activities. I would definitely recommend if you are considering it or have never even thought about it. Make sure to come to Heaven’s touch therapy!

I did a reformer class with Rianna and it was absolutely great. I’ve been doing pilates for a while now and it’s rare for instructors to spend time correcting your form and know how to adjust the exercise based on injuries etc. Not only was she so welcoming, she really knows her stuff! I can already tell I’m going to progress so much faster in her classes and I can’t wait to go back 😊

Heaven’s Touch has truly transformed the way I understand Pilates. She makes the mind to muscle connection so clear, constantly reminding you of the small details that many instructors overlook. Because of this, you get the full experience, get the results you want and are paying for.
She challenges and encourages you in the best way to make sure your form is good and is mindful of any previous injuries. She has a good understanding of how the body works and what muscles are involved and this stood out to me.

Whether you are a complete beginner or more advanced Heavens Touch is for you!! She will meet you with where you are at, creates a welcoming space, and never makes you feel afraid to ask questions. My personal experience has been amazing and I will continue to go to Heavens touch!!!

I’ve been going to Rianna’s intermediate classes for a few months and I’m so amazed at my growth in terms of confidence, strength and peace I have been feeling with reformer. I had been doing reformer for 7 months before starting Rianna’s classes and have seen a significant change in my body.

Classes are challenging but invigorating and I feel so energised after her classes. Rianna’s vibe is bubbly, encouraging and attentive to form. She goes the extra mile to make you a better you and I will forever appreciate the thoughtfulness. We are locked in!
