I'm a novice but took advice from a recent instructor that I should look at getting custom boots due to the ones on hire killing my feet.
I wasn't recommended to Ski Exchange - just saw they were local to me on Google.
I spent about 2hrs there, having booked an appointment online.
I was admittedly a bit concerned when I realised another customer was having a fitting at the same time. However, Andy was superb; very knowledgeable, lots of advice given and took the time with myself and the other customer. At no point did it feel like he was having to juggle it or neglect one of us (clearly being.a Pro at what he does!)
He even afforded us each a coffee, and showed off his barista skills making my daughter a Latte though she was merely a spectator of the fitting.
I would highly recommend Ski Exchange and Andy in equal measures!

These guys couldn't be more helpful, for beginners to the pros, couldn't have asked for better service. Took there time to go through a boot fitting and choose me the right boot. If I could give six stars I would.
