If I could put zero stars I would. They auto ship. So beware they will charge credit card. I tried to cancel 48 hours before shipping to stop it. Nope they sent anyway. Now I have to wait and ship this crap back! Not worth $$. Customer service is horrible. My guess China is where this shit comes from. Buyer beware.

I recently ordered two pink shower items for myself and a friend ( bank payment was taken out on the 30th of January),however, i have not had an e-mail to confirm my order or when i can expect my delivery etc.
I just need it confirmed that i have not been scammed by this company.
I would appreciate, some form of communication regarding my order please?

I order December 2, 2024 for Xmas gifts, I haven't got any information for arrival yet. But the did send me a be patient message. Today is the 12/29/24.

I am not the one to go and write many good reviews but this company EARNED that Big time! product quality is amazing! i bought the black exfoliating towel for the body and for the face and that was so amazing! since than i bought the pink for my wife and the gentle face towels and let me tell you, their product are top quality! customer service is great! replied to my questions very fast! and the delivery was super fast!
I would recommend them to every person!

Lost packages and have been going through customer services for weeks trying to get a refund. Fed up

This company is a nightmare. Do not buy these if you expect to return them. Have been going back and forth with a ton of emails for a few months just simply trying to get a return address. So far they have sent me FOUR different addresses. Insane and total chaos.

Placed an order for 3 shower towels. I absolutely love them!! But my order also included a face exfoliator - a free gift - but this never arrived. I contacted Sima and they initially agreed to send the face exfoliator but 10 days later they emailed saying I should ‘check’ as their fulfillment team were saying that all of my items were in the package - but they weren’t!! Very disappointing. I am grateful to have received the items for which I had paid but would never risk ordering from this company again, might not be so lucky next time!
