Love them wish I new about these years ago

In love with the towel. I've given away all of the one's i purchased. My son's won't even use a towel again. Oh yeah and i love the deals that i recieved with the purchases.

Firstly, I only received my order today and yet you have sent out this request 20 hours ago. I just think that you should align your algorithms to be sent once a person has received the order and has had time to use the product.
However I have been using this brand for nearly 2 years and love it, and have just bought more for gifts.

I love these towels so much they work so nice and they leave my skin feeling so buttery soft.

Love a good exfoliating cloth, until you try these you won’t know what soft skin feels like. I would highly recommend for face and body.

Love the body and face cloths. I have been looking for an exfoliating bath cloth for several years now and this one is the best I’ve found. Also love the charcoal body wash for skin detox.

The Sima towel is excellent and of very good quality. There was a hiccup with delivery but this was promptly resolved by their customer service team.

Everything is going well with the body soap the only thing is that the bottle top really doesn't work that good the pump doesn't pump up the way it should

I love the way my skin feels after a shower using the towel, and the face wash. I like that I can wash it at the end of the week and feel I am starting the week with a clean towel.

Very unhappy with Sima cloths that I bought These cloths feel like scratchy plastic on my skin and don't slide on my skin unless super soaped up and even then They don't hold the soap through my time in the shower

The quality of product and the speed of the delivery are great. I actually purchased some to share with friends.

Promt response from sima about my delivery problem, all has been resolved as promised. I will continue to buy from this company as I do like the products I have bought so far, they are good quality and much more hygienic than what I was using before. I have given some as gifts and never had a bad response.

I am loving the way my skin feels and I can't wait to use the body wash with my towel.

Placed an order and never received. Emailed them and they don't respond. I will be reporting this as fraud.

Edit: 3/3/2026 - The response below is a lie. I have not been given a tracking number. I was told "Our fulfillment team is investigating your order and will provide tracking within 24-48 hours." The 48 hours have passed and I do not have a tracking number.
