I love my Sima Towels! I use both the body & face ones! Just tried the Disposable Face Towels, my new favorite!!

Ordered almost 9 weeks ago. I’ve emailed twice. They tell me to wait. Still no sign they will be delivered soon. If I look up tracking it says “delayed”. They refuse to compensate me for anything. I’ve probably lost my money. No way would I order from them again. Same products on Amazon. I had to order from Amazon to get one in time for what I wanted it for. Be smart and order from another company.

I love the Sima Face Exfoliating Towel, Disposable face towels and the Japanese Exfoliating Washcloth - Antibacterial Shower Towel. My skin feels smooth and clean. I use the cotton face towels to freshen my face of a morning and to remove my make-up at the end of the day.

I'm happy to report I received my order 3 days ago. i immediately started using the bath cloth. It is fantastic. I love that it allows me to completely wash my back. It is wonderful.

Still have not received my order. Customer service did send me an email. Requesting an update if my package did not arrive by today. They then sent me new tracking number. Which shows a label has been generated. But no package.

I have not received my order. Initially the company said my order was delayed due to not having one of the colors I ordered. Then 'lost' and reshipped. Then nothing.
The order number is not valid and the tracking number is not valid now.
I am extremely disappointed.
My last two emails to the company have been ghosted.
I can't imagine requesting a refund would get any more notice.
So at this time, I'm leaving a very poor review.

The textured and smoother sides make the towels useful. The smoother side for face and delicate skin and the rougher side for scrubbing other areas. My skin feels softer and smoother.

I initially ordered several of the exfoliating towels on Nov. 2, 2025. My order was delivered to Las Vegas in error. I wrote a review on Nov. 20, 2025 sharing my experience. Simabrand responded to the review saying they would make things right. They also sent an email saying they would reship my order and my address was confirmed. To date, nothing. Sent them several emails and no response. Buyer beware!

It is now December 8, 2025, and I still haven’t received my order. My emails are ignored. No response from Simabrand. My previous order and tracking numbers are now indicating ‘no order found’. Should have ordered through Amazon.

I did NOT intend for a second order. I only wanted the first order. I do not need twice the product. This was a mistake that I made and feel you took advantage of. Please credit me back for the second order and send me a shipping label to return the items in the second shipment

Excellent product, my skin became softer at the first used, love it. Also a Christmas gift for my children

I haven’t tried the towel because I am highly allergic to polyester! On your packaging it says it is “all natural”-bamboo carbon & silver. Polyester is NOT all natural. I’m very disappointed. I was really looking forward to using it AND considering it fir Christmas gifts😔

Item never arrived and even after 2 weeks of chasing they can’t confirm where it is or if they’ve shipped it.

I have been using these wash cloths for 3 years and my skin has never been better. I have both dermatitis & eczema which was a big problem for me as I was using steroid cream daily like moisturiser, for relief. Now I have next to no skin issues after using sima cloth with medicated body wash for last 3 years. The longer I use the towel the better my skin becomes. Only the occasional spot breakout for me these days.

I love the way my skin feels and looks after using the exfoliation items. I want to order the whole face and body bundle now! Sima taught me about the hidden bacteria in my normal towels, and I’m now on a mission to eliminate bacteria for my face and body. It would be great if Sima would have hair care - besides the shower head.
