Haven’t had a response to emails regarding delivery or tracking of my order, only to find they have blocked the emails. When I try to track order it says order not found. Money has definitely been deducted from my account. Just wanting some response. Is this company a scam?

After i submitted my order, I promptly received a confirmation email with an order number but i have not received a email with a tracking number. I emailed the company twice with no response. Very disappointed with lack of customer service(communication).

I have changed my review, firstly because the item did arrive. The company reached out to explain about the weather issues. Only thing I could of asked for is they reached out before I chased but I appreciate this may not have been the case. Have recieved and used the item and very happy with the purchase. Thank you I may have panicked and jumped to the worse. But feel the review I originally left was no longer fair. Thank you simabrand

Yes, yes yes I am so happy I bought your product off of Instagram. I was hesitant at first. I gave one to my husband one to my son one for me. Even more so I can give them as gifts.
Which now I might not be so willing. I like them so much. In all honesty, I will pick and choose who I give them to though. I love how my skin feels so much. I’m telling everyone. My skin feels like night and day. I am not kidding night and day. I did not know my skin would feel like butter.
Thank you I will be ordering. I do have quite a bit now cause I did two big orders and yes butter the softest it’s ever felt.

I like these cleaning wipes and find them handy for traveling. They don't take up much space. I always have one in my luggage. I love the results on my skin, which becomes soft and smooth.

I started with the exfoliating shower towel and am beginning to love it. I have noticed a difference particularly with my back, which was very dry and my skin was flaky. After using it for just three weeks, my skin is now lovely and soft and much smoother. I also love that I can use it on the undersoles of my feet without having to bend down - I have arthritis in my back - and my feet are also much softer. I now have the exfoliating face towel and the softness of my skin is very noticeable to me. Thank you Sima :)

I have very dry, scaly skin and the "towel" has helped with defoliation.

Absolutely love the shower towels, now have them in both bathrooms, makes showering so much better and easier to reach your back

I am really enjoying my Sima towels & face cloth. My skin feels so much softer! I use the towel & face cloth with Cetaphil soap. I have been nothing but pleased, so much so that I ordered an extra towel & face cloth for my closest friend. She was so happy with them that she called me immediately after first using them. She was ecstatic over how wonderfully smooth her skin felt! This is a terrific product, thank you so much! Delivery is very promptly & packaging is excellent.

I can scrub my itchy back all over and it is getting smoother. All of my skin is getting less dry and softer tothe touch.

Have been using sima towels since Christmas , I suffer from eczema and dry skin since I have been using sima exfoliating towel , after drying myself I use the body lotion skin has never felt better, I have also bought there silver infused towels they are so nice to use.
Definitely recommended simabrand.

I placed my order on the 12/12/25 for Christmas gifts and received a confirmation email. Further emails on the 17/12/25 confirmed that two orders had been dispatched from China. Nothing arrived before Christmas. One order of bodywash arrived on 05/01/26 and the other is still to arrive more than 6 weeks later. The only response in all that time that I have received to my messages is that it has been delivered when clearly the tracking number shows it is still in Lisboa!! Appalling customer service, order with caution for sure...

I really wanted this face cloth to work and it definitely delivered. After using it the first time my face felt smoother and the blackheads were gone! So I am very glad that I took a chance on this cloth. It works for real!

My husband and I loved the shower towel so much, I ordered more so I could give my daughter one to try. She loved it too. My skin hasn't felt so smooth for a very long time.
